Winter Is Coming! The Quest For The Iron Throne! A High Brix Quadline Breeding Project!

Looking good Magoo!

I use a macro attachment on my phone to get some good Trichome closeups! I am typically looking for 20% amber for my harvest window! Here is a closeup from my harvest today!
(Hope you don’t mind Magoo!)

Okay ... I see the little amber tops now ... I am hoping for sleep medicine with a bit of headdy :)

In my pics I don't have amber yet. The amber is easier to see than the clear and cloudy!

Do I need to check most of the buds? I only checked a few on the outside of the plant.

Did I get the lighting right? I'm finding it hard to tell the difference between the clear and the cloudy ... obviously there is a learning curve to this.

Can you guys please help me out by looking at these first pics I took ... I asked for help here: Trichomes - Theory to Practice Using a Microscope - Help Needed Please

Thanks for letting chat here a bit @Mr. Magoo ...

Nah, yer good. :thumb:

That's just some pink color in the lower growth. Often, it'll show there without showing up top. Nice frost on 'em, too!

:bongrip:

Sheesh Magoo, you have some very nice looking produce this round! :bravo:

This is a lovely photograph  - you should enter it just to show it off.

And of course GG4 and BCO1

Very nice!

Did the stakes come in handy for training? I used tomato cages and wasn't impressed with them, so I'm looking for better options now.

Try the dollar store. They have collapsible coated metal tomato cages. I just remove the rings. It's cheaper than buying individual supports.

Done! Thanks Gray!
If the sugar leaves aren't browning it's probably not bud rot. If they do then it definitely is.

Fun is great Sql! It just ain't an experiment is all I was saying :).
Ill double check after the lights come on tonight. Thanks for the tip Shed!
That's a great picture ... and look at all those trichomes!!!

I hope mine frost up like that!!!
Thanks SQl! A lot of it is genetic with this girl! For an outstanding example of Pugsbreath you should look at last years Nug of the Year competition.
Hey brother your plants look ready! Am I wrong?
Some are closer than others but I think I would be early on most of them. BCO2 looks the closest when I look a little further down the plant. I’d love to be able to take one tomorrow night because I have some time. Lol. But we will see.

The stakes definitely helped but I tied branches to them to get them to stay.
Very impressive meds Mr. Magoo. You might have to send me some of the bud rot buds to be sure but those look like just very colorful buds to me :goodjob:.
Thanks so much Neiko. I didn’t think it looked like examples of bud rot I have seen but then I started lookin at the lowers on all the other BCOs and it was the only one like that so I started getting a little worried. Knew I could ask all the fine folks here though! Thanks again everybody!!

Your garden is looking great, M! I can't wait to get my hands on some Pugsbreath - maybe next season. :high-five:
