White Widow Feminized Royal Queen Seeds (RQS)

Lil overboard with the DE but I believe I got my message across. Fans blow it around like tiny swords through the air attaching and slicing any aphids that don't walk through it.

What ever it takes buddy :thumb:
You can always bud wash when your done.
Good work.

Stay safe

Tuesday the 10th I gave her 30veg/30bloom n 15 sweetener. Pot was light by following sat n I upped to veg30/bloom40 n sweet 20. Today I went 40veg/45bloom n 25 sweet. Pic is most recent. Seen only like 1 maybe 2 aphids but nothing else. Thank you folks.
Note: That DE seems to work. For example, I noticed a few tiny hard clumps stuck to backside of leaf. It's like a windstorm in there n that de does fly around. Point is he seems to be doing a good job. Thank the Lord.

Keep finding aphids but not more than about 6-7 a day. I generally search the plant hardcore. Actually took it out last night and watered her down and took a gal. sprayer n sprayed it down with 6.3ph water. Lights r still off but she looks more vibrant and greener. I'll post pics soon as lights come on around like 10-11 EST.

N remember how I said something was eating roots of outside plants? I had one left n it's surviving. Buds grow bigger everyday. Weird thing. I watered her with five gal of water n dawn n she looked super refreshed. I watered with nutes a week later n she just didn't seem as vibrant but after the rain yesterday she looked fatter n better.

I'll get a picture of it as well n u can see how resilient this beast is despite its shortcomings. I shook the rain off it this morning and the white little bugs flew everywhere lol. I'm not doing anything to it. It's just not worth messing with her. She's been through enough.

See the damaged leaves? Ok. If u could actually see the plant you would notice that generally a leaf is accompanied by another leaf on the other side of it. Ok. Now this is a balance thing. If u pull one I'm told pull the other to balance things out. Well, this is true. If one of my leaves was turning yellow there was either n aphids on it or on its other leaf.
Now, we know aphids thrive on nitrogen. That's why we see yellowing. My hairs are turning brown, so either genetics or nitrogen deficiency which I'm hoping doesn't lead to hermie. What u think folks? Thank you

Kinda can't wait until it's done tbh. I'll super clean and start again. Freaking aphids hit at the worst time.

Not sure what you mean here?
The stigmas turning brown would probably just be her getting closer to maturity, unless she's reacting to whatever you used to ph the water you sprayed her with.
If you're going to continue spraying her, I wouldn't bother adjusting the ph of the water unless it's really out of whack.

Ahh, I messed that message up. Wasn't supposed to read like that. What I meant was I read if my pistils turn quicker accompanied with the nitrogen deficiency then the quickening of hairs is n indication that it's done creating bud n switched to hermie or producing seeds. I'm not entirely sure. Uhh, I believe aphids are sucking my nitrogen out but I'm only finding a few at a time. Nothing drastic.

Last of the Mohicans there. She's been through a lot. Others were hammered by bugs and they were right next to her, but she's slowly getting done. Matter of fact my jewelry loupe is full of cloudy trichromes. I did see about 5% amber. I'm gonna let it go because she's fattening everyday. Crazy right?
They say October 20th is average frost. If she's still standing I'd imagine I'll chop then because of what I see she's swelling and trichs r changing n that's it. I seen some clear but mainly cloudy n it's kinda funny. Lol. I just didn't have much hope on em back there because of many reasons. Hope it turns out because I believe we had that strain before n she smoked so good. Purple taste n nice feeling, little hard at first but u just gotta kinda grab ur seat n remember it's not fight or flight. Then when that's gone it's just feel good time. We'll see folks.

Okay, I see.
If stigmas turn brown early, it can mean they've been pollinated.
At this point in an outdoor grow, we're expecting to see them change.

Thank you. Also wanted to mention that I did handle them as well which may contribute to browning. So when it browns id imagine it's like dying right? It's got that look. I mean those white ones, which there are tons left, are like real sticky. Whereas the brown seem to be dead.

Ahh, okay.
From the last pics it looked like you're growing outdoors.
It looked like you were worried that the browning stigmas meant she had hermied on you, and that she had switched to making seeds instead of buds.
I was trying to say that if you're far enough into flower they might be browning normally, and you only have to worry about it if they're changing early.

Sorry for misleading u brother. I'm okay with the outside one changing because that's normal to me as the "hairs" curl n die back because they can't be pollinated because the ovule dies out within that particular sac. When they are white they r sticky to allow it to capture pollination more effective. I did read that if u touch the pistils they will brown out. Could be due to oxidation or something. Not sure there. But the inside plant I have has aphids. I keep them from accumulating by checking daily and removing what I see. I took it outside a few days ago took ph'd water n a gallon sprayer and sorta blasted the entire plant with water. Actually worked okay because the sprayer had great pressure. After that I blew them off with very light compressed air from my air compressor so I can get them back under the light without burning them. That's when I seen n accelerated rate of browning pistils. She looks good besides the effected leaves from aphids n seems like she's still going. I'ma just let her go.

Heat stress right now. I was at 80-81 but now it's 77-78...lol. Not much difference but she's growing new hairs daily. I catch 1-2 aphids a day. Not too worried about them.
