What's In Jim's Grow Room?

Thanks folks for comments. There's really not much going on except these girls are responding to the foliar feeding. My photo skills doesn't show it well but there's one shot where you might see the shiny sheen on lower leaves that I'm trying to work toward. I'm itching to start some seeds so I'm going to get some information from weather underground to see if heat begins to decline here soon. Seedlings will likely be ok as I really haven't seen any tent temps above 81 F.

Anyway....here's the girls 10 days after their haircut and about 4 or 5 days since the foliar. IMHO they need more trimming today but I'm going to let them go another couple of days. Crap...I forgot to upload the pics. BRB

I really like the look of those there green and healthy looking what are you foliar with?
1 teaspoon Big Bloom per gallon clean water. It's earthworm castings and bat guano. Some just don't like guano but I don't have a problem there. Not my recipe either...as I picked it up here at 420 mag from someone but don't remember who. Oh wait...maybe Oldschool64. I don't know what I'm smoking but I do know I'm high. Life is good. :bongrip:

The only theme for my next grow is new gear. A friend from California who is a cannabis aficionado and a great grower sent me a shed load of seeds earlier and wanted me to grow them. So far only 2 have broken ground so I'll share these as they come up.

Today's beauties are Sour Angel and It's It Punch. Sour Angel was bred by In House Genetics by bringing together Sour Dubb and Hell's Angel OG.

It's It Punch was developed by Sun Grown Genetics by crossing an Acai Berry Gelato (It's It cut) x Purple Punch. Purple Punch is Larry OG x Granddaddy Purple. OK...so that's just as clear as mud to me but I'm ready to get this on.

The helmet is off but the cotys picked up a batch of dirt. I guess I could spritz this off with a bit of water.

Have a great day folks. More to follow. :bongrip:

Thanks for the comments. Well one more time I've not planted my seeds deep enough to rip the seed hull off and I'm having to do some minor operation on these little ones. Royal Gorilla has its cotyledons all stuck together so I guess I'll just wait for the first true leaves to force that issue. I'll give her a little spritz of water too. One has to be careful as these can easily damp off. Sorry about the quality of this picture.

Chem 91 x Aliendog Cherry Her head is all covered in loose soil. She may still be holding on to her helmet. I'll spritz a bit of water on her too and see what's under there. Best part is she broke ground and I really want to grow this one. I only had the one seed so it tickles me that it germinated. I used a bit of Jiffy mix for seeds and it almost always produces a bit of algae on the soil surface. Oh well...no harm done. It just looks ugly.

The two that came up earlier are still alive.

Chemdawg bred by HSO came up yesterday. She's still my favorite and I only have a bit over one jar left from last year's harvest. It's billed as being bred by an elite Chem 91 clone. I believe it's the real deal.

Pakistan Valley girls suffering some mag deficiency or just didn't like the foliar feeding I gave them. They are due for some water today so I'll add some cal mag and some beneficials. That's all I have for the moment. I'm waiting on a Kosher Kush to push through and then we're off. Have a great weekend :bongrip:

High folks. I really appreciate the support. More than you'll ever know. I'm wading through troubled waters here as new managers at my mobile home park are threatening eviction because of my two cats. Those cats and I have lived here 8 1/2 years without a problem until these idiots arrived. No one said life would be fair.

I've found a lot with water and sewer out in the county and dropped off my information earlier today. I'm dealing with one of the wealthiest farmers around here and was actually surprised that he even returned my phone call. Prayers or positive thoughts would be welcome.

Ok...now about this current grow. Only 5 out of 6 seeds have germinated. I'm still waiting on a Kosher Kush and may go digging later this week. All seeds had tails when I took them out of the wet paper towels. I have another seed which I might toss into water tomorrow.

As you can see most of the seedlings are bright and green but suffered because I didn't quite plant the seeds deep enough to chuck the seed cap. Some had to have their helmets removed and you'll still see some filament on the cotyledons. Chem 91 x Aliendog Cherry still has the cotys stuck together and if I ever settle down enough to operate I'll take care of that matter.

Here's the spastic one. I think I'll enter this one in the photo contest. Whoopee

That last one is a winner in my eye MJ!

S’pose you’d better operate soon though, or maybe just moisten the tip every so often and see if it pops open all by itself ...:hmmmm:

Looking like a pretty good start despite the small hiccups you mentioned.

Prayers or positive thoughts would be welcome.
Will do Jim! Sounds promising :Namaste:
