What's In Jim's Grow Room?

So I got lost in Instagram this morning just watching a bunch of growers up in Maine. Lost I was.

I have nothing going on here as I cleaned house of all the clones except the Pakistan Valley. I'm really not sure why I keep her around ... Oh yeah. She's the only landrace Indica I've ever grown. These were cut June 21 and are very pretty. No roots yet so I dribbled a bit of humic and fulvic acid around the stem this morning. I took them out of their fruit bags so I hope the humidity won't bother their progress.

Just growing these in my bed room window. They seem to like it. :bongrip:
If you're humidity is anything like here, they should be loving it. I can't burp a couple of jars right now because it's increasing their humidity when I leave them open to breath.

I don't recall seeing you describe the buzz after you first grew it. Is it a hard hitting indica?

High Morglie...I haven't tasted it lately but this came from right after harvest
Last night I decided that I would taste the recently harvested Pakistan Valley this morning so I went ahead and ground one average size mid buds. For once I'm happy that I now have another clone worthy of preserving. For a landrace indica she's very much a head hitter as my first feel was just at the eyebrow. I don't feel any back pain so maybe there's a bit of relief in this cultivar. I'd say the high lasts 3+ hours as I had a refresher at that time. It has a bit of harshness with only a one week cure. But I like a little cough sometimes as it will light one up with a fresh rush that just shuts my thoughts out and just brightens my face a bit. Taste is like a light bubble gum on exhale. It's good weed now. Gonna just get better with the cure.

Very nice. I was wondering about it. Landraces aren't necessarily that potent, but that one had sounded like it could be a good one. I had a seed of it I got as a freebie, but it got used up while I was having trouble getting them to germinate regularly, so I never got a chance to try the strain myself. I'm sure yours has aged and developed a smoother taste since then. Thank you!

Morning MJ.
Hope all is well with the back.
The back has been in good shape for a few weeks now. It could be because I'm not lugging water around as I'm doing so little growing. Stay cool man.
Cute little one's, I be then would look cute on the dashboard. hahahaha :)
They would be cute on the dashboard. I've staged plants on that little car before...so vain at times.

and Happy Sabbath back at ya. I had to snake a drain early this morning but now I started the wake n bake in earnest as that job is done. My 2 little PV clones are taking their sweet time showing me a root. And it's a rainy day so no sun in the windows so they're now basking in CFL light. I'm really not certain why I keep this strain. Cuts were taken June 21. I probably should not have taken off their vegetable bag humidity dome. Hmmmm.. :bongrip:

High MJ,
:passitleft:
Just doin a driveby.
Dont get up.
the lil ones look good.
:surf:

I'm pleased to report that given enough time and patience the little cuts eventually had some small roots just beginning to poke through the rock wool cubes. I knew those roots were in there soaking up some water as the tops stayed healthy and green. Boy do I love green. Total time cut to pot was 17 days.

Anyway, they were given a new home in 1 gallon softies that were previously used to grow clones. I know the soil is used up to some degree and this is my first attempt at no till. I filled the little hole with mycorrhizal fungi and watered them well with some humic and fulvic acid and a bit of fish ferts. Next week I'll attempt to rebuild bacterial microbes with a tea of some sort - likely kelp and EWC.

Ahhh.... it makes my soul hurt a little when I’ve been absent here for so long Jim. I’ve mostly caught up. :hugs:

When/if you take those opiates in the future make certain you have cannabis first. That’ll allow you to use a smaller dose. They all give me the heebie-jeebies these days after working the tapering thread.

You sound like you’re healing well. :battingeyelashes: Now settle into an extended period of wellness and just breathe.

I have a CBC CC that defies my request for roots. That cutting’s been holding off for almost a month now. I keep popping the container early in hope......we’re way behind production levels.

You mentioned you didn’t know why you kept the PV line going. Was the euphoria not up to your liking Jim?

I didn't have any pain that required any opiates but I did get the script filled. I don't even remember taking any for this year's battle with my back. Oh....as for dosing....if I'm awake for more than half an hour I've had my cannabis.

I guess I keep it because it's landrace and I may have that urge to breed something again. But I want to keep her around. As soon as one of them grips the soil I'll cull the other. Unless I want to run her again...she sure was pretty during her first run.
