What's In Jim's Grow Room?

The flowering girls got a compete inspection this morning and I didn't see anything that appeared to be alive but we all know that those mf hide so well.

They're all on day 53 so I'm fairly certain they'll be in the barn within a couple of weeks. Trichomes are beautiful all over as they make that step up to milky.

GG#4 trichs are absolutely brilliant under the microscope. I'm still trying to get that digital one to properly focus again but it just might need replacing for something.

Purple Punch

Jellium

Black Cherry Punch

GG #4

Have a great day folks. :bongrip:

As you may or may not know I (for now at least) have switched from Promix BX to growing in an organic soil concocted with direction from @bobrown14 . Thanks for your patience and knowledge, Bob. Looking at your Jellium plant I have to tell you that yours looks a WHOLE LOT better then my Jellium plant when I harvested mine. So even with all the critters, spraying etc she's still looking mighty fine to me.

Bob will keep you moving in the right direction on the soil.

So I hope all the critters are being controlled because I cleaned the tent tray this morning. All the girls got clean drip trays. I was really getting tired of not being able to slide the plants. Things are now much better after the cleaning.

Jellium was the only plant of the six that didn't seem to be affected at all by the Borg or the sprays. She's had her dark leaves shining the whole time and I've seen only one little spot from light / moisture burn. Her structure is not all that great as she exists of only 3 or 4 stick branches but those flowers do appear to be filling the bare branches. She doesn't drink much so I think she's sick most of the time but there she is acting all healthy. About 10 more days for most of these so somewhere near the beginning of Mabon I'm sure some of these will be ready to hang.

I harvested a Jellium plant about 2 weeks ago. Low and Slow drying and it's now in the jars. My plant was similar to yours in stature. I think I ended up with a little over 3 zips dried. Here is a photo of one of the buds from that plant.

I am currently growing a clone from that plant. It is at flip + 35 days today. Instead of letting it grow tall and lanky I bent over the 3 main branches and tied them down so she didn't grow into the lights like the last one. I'm figuring harvest will be in approximately 4 weeks or a tad less. Here is a bud on the plant I have growing currently.

OG plants :) Early fimming and a lot of LST helps. They’ll get lanky anyway, but at least you omit this floppy stalk :thumb:

GG#4 was harvested at day 58. I should thank @beez0404 for this cut. Her trichomes were primarily milky with a few ambers spread about. Her aroma was loud dank. At first I thought it was pretty raunchy but I got used to it quickly. I'll test drive the scissor hash later. She was just as sticky as I've read about on many occasions.

The mom of the clone I gave you had buds that a minute after squeezing a bud smelled like cedar with a hint of fuel. Wait till you taste those buds. I am very confident you'll be well pleased.

I always heard great things about Black Cherry Punch,,, hope she turns out as good as I've heard she does,,,,,, for you...

GL and Congrats on the harvest.....

Yesterday I came to the conclusion that 4 years of spending time with these lights my eyes have suffered. I've put off my annual eye appointment for months out of fear I guess. Anyway, I decided to buy some Method Seven glasses. Actually I wear glasses so I got the flip on clip on type lenses. They were a little pricey but my vision is worth it.

Only three girls left in the bloom tent and the Black Cherry Punch and Jellium have a smattering of amber trichomes. I hope to get BCP harvested today so I might get some more pics before that deed is done. I got the small camera out anyway early this morning to get some bud shots. Enjoy.

Flash really makes her shine

Flash Again

Wait till you trim the Jellium. Such an easy one to clean up.

Black Cherry Punch was harvested today and is in the barn. I took pictures with flash and no flash. Why? I didn't like the dark one and don't really like the one with the flash.

No flash

With flash

Almost five years ago I posted something on Facebook and linked infowars dot com. Today they hid my post so no one will see it and advised me that my comment goes against their Community Standards on hate speech.

My comment didn't say much more than "see this" so I guess maybe the link had some hate in it. Anyway, I didn't waste my time. :bongrip:

Thank you folks for the comments.

I pulled some testers from Black Cherry Punch about a week before harvest and rolled 2 joints. I smoked one and liked it for its crazy speedy punch and I have a friend who is a sativa girl so last Thursday I gave her the other jay and asked her to let me know what she thought. I got a text from her Saturday night saying "Blackberry is my jam". I straightened out the name for her and smoked more yesterday morning. I could still feel the tremor effect at least 7 hours later. She's definitely a keeper.

I'll take down both the Jellium and the Purple Punch today. Here's what they look like today. The Purple Punch has had this gansta lean on for a couple of weeks now. Both have a little amber so it's just time.

Buds are smallish....I guess hybrid buds are almost always smallish and the plants suffered some from the mid stream mite attack.
