16 weeks was long enough but It took me a few trim jails to to clean up 22 oz by myself
So I took it down in 3 sessions . also helped some of the smaller buds get bigger
It was a loooooong trim jail 8-10 hrs that gave me a headache & backache each time
Usually it's just me and bestie. Moving forward, I think the two times we got help is long gone. I feel you. It was enough for me trimming 12 ounces of G-13 by myself. Especially that was the night I saw the big jack Widow hermied and hit my gelatos. I was not in the mood. Took me 15 hours but I did it straight through. I thought my shoulders were literally on fire
@Brewsterman dannng.... Trim jail has it's perks. But nobody loves headache and back pain. Good clean up tho. . . Had to make it hurt a little less. Need some trim elf's. Like elf on a shelf that time your bud.
Can I get one on Amazon?
Hmmmmmmm.... I think I just realized Im a lot closer to him than I had thought. *multiple gears a clanking*
Literally lol vroom vroom
It that bit of chaos and independence that the ruderalis brings! I love how individual they are. Never know what theyre going to be like in some ways but also know that theyre just plants who need love, attention/nourishment and maybe some training. Just like people I guess.
Yes! Just like people, have their own personalities for sure, heck, look at Curly now-who does she think she is being all different and stuff. Shining that very interesting green she has. Have yet to have one that color before...
I look so very forward to the ~3 months to come!
Me too!!!
I tried and tried and tried I cant see a damn thing splashed nutes wise. Quit worrying, youre a good Momma! Larry will be just fine!
It's there. I swear it. I think now it may not be nute splash but maybe yucky water splash from the humidifer? Idk either way it's a few little spots. None of the other girls have it and she is the one directly in front of the humidifer-I have to pick it up and over here every time. That's all I got. I think maybe, it's that?
She's something this little girl!
Highya Krissi,
Love how vibrant the ladies look today! Their green color with the crisp serations look so vibrant!
thank you!! They are doing well!!
You may want to look ar Mo. I saw the top two petioles are darkish red. The first sign they need some phosphorus. I use bonemeal, but I'm organic.
I see that! Correct me if I'm wrong, I thought that it is a phosphorus def if they turn red AND there are yellowing leaves? Am I wrong to be under that assumption?
I read up on it after I saw this and I saw maybe it was a light stress or some other stress. I checked the PPFD and I don't know what I did, must have hit the Dimmer some while I was trying to get towards the back of the tent to refill the humidifer. It was up to 90% and was hitting them with 575 as opposed to the 450/475 I had them on.
Today, I took a pic of that petiole and I think it is less red? What do you think?
Do you ever think about trying to improve your overall health, for the long run? Just asking. Hope you get a lot of rest today!! Happy Smokin'
I do. I am an unhealthy girl in a healthy girls body; if you saw me you would probably think I'm a body builder. I've had these elevated tumor markers in my blood work for almost 3 years now, no one knows why. Been to oncologists and no one wants to give me a full body scan and radiate me all over. I feel like if we got to the bottom of this, I'd be feeling a little better.
Thanks for noticing the petioles on Mo, you know I like to be proactive and you have helped me do so and also know to look for that in the future!
Thanks, Krissi. She's a photo and she's in a Solo cup still. I'm planning on uppotting and topping them next weekend when they're a month old. I will also be adding 4 new seeds in water.
Oh yaay! A big Blueberry girl to come! What else is coming up or is it a surprise!!??
Maybe you should have invested in a bowl trimmer. 22 ounces done manually alone would have been brutal.
The bowl trimmer. I feel like that would destroy the pretty buds I worked so hard to get. Do you use one HG?
Oh boy thank you so much! Brutally pleasing...that made it seem so much better!
DAY 21
So all of these girls were thirsty this morning. They got 1 solo cup of nutes and the rest silica water.
PPFD was up to 575 as noted above somehow and I dimmed that back down. We are now sitting at 475 for the SSC girls and 500 for my Deelite.
HUMIDITY/TEMPS are up and down. 54-60% humidity and 75-84 degrees in the tent. I am in here adjusting the humidifer like 3x a day.
Weather here has been up and down so that's why we see this in the grow room.
For all of you that missed it in this journal's intro, the grow room is not connected to my central air or my oil heat.
This causes fluctuations in the summer. In the fall/winter, I really like that cause it stays nice and cool in there for colors and if I kick the radiant heat on, it helps me increase the humidity that drops in that room come these seasons. Summer time though, ugh. It's always something to monitor.
What else can I note? Umm, idk I think that's it for now. At 1 month from up-pot, they will be top dressed with their soil amendments, I call it their "booster shots".
Have a great day!
