I went to get all the squash mama picked the garden is full of lady bugs . Put six more in the tent didn’t see any this morning yet !
Fixing to tie the girl in the back down to the right and fill in that side of the tent ! Pic

Getting nice and bushy in there Hippie :bravo: lucky on the lady bugs! I love them loads and they really do wonders. They are unfortunately in hibernation on my side of the world right now though.

Trying to get them tall enough to fill in the open spot in the back ! I’ve seen the ladybugs in the garden but not like this year !

Keeping the light 12” to the canopy, growing two inches a day !
Outside temp 77 humidity 86% SE 14 mph 80% chance of rain!

Water temp 65.8 down 1-1/2 gallons Falling
TDS 730 ppm was 791 ppm Falling
Ph 6.1 Rising hydro grow bible perfect raise the EC . Going to use 25% of Connoisseur part a&b and let’s watch the ph ! ! Mixing , in the first grow I ran 25% and couldn’t change the ph from 5.45 and after 5-10 days it will start to rise .
TDS is 998 ppm according to blue lab the conversation EC is 2.0 . Ph holding at 5.8 will check it later . The water is clear so I added URB 80mL , it doesn’t change the TDS! It said to add it weekly , looked used up . Right now I’m adding 5 mL a gallon, after two weeks in 12/12 I’ll up it to 10 mL a gallon! Recommends either or 5 or10 mL a gallon. Checked the ph still 5.8 Advanced Nutrients did bring it to at least the 5.8 ! Tied the girls down , the plant in the back looks bleached ! Just tied them down no breaks , no twist ! Pics

It gets a little tricky tying them down when they're that bushy- trying to sort out which top is connected to which branch....I looked at my plants this morning,and my first thought was "uh-oh"... they grew an inch overnight,and there appears to be twice as many leaves as there was 2 days ago-
So I've got some tying down and defoliation on my schedule today,before they get away from me.

Thanks Carcass, I did a fim too late on these girls . I just laid them down towards the bare spot in the tent. Stuffing the big leaves under for more bud sites . Defoliation schedule day 21 hopefully!

Moved the light up to 16” , 83k lux - 78k lux across the canopy. Don’t know if it’s a magnesium or bleaching of the leaves ! The girl front right , the prehistoric one has none of the bleaching or short on magnesium or manganese it can’t get till a ph of 5.6 !

I'm lazy. What's "magical"?
 
Same as calmag techna flora does magical, magnesium & calcium. I use ro water I use magical at 100% then 4 or5 days later I add another 30mL !

I’ll be back on Advanced Nutrients next week. I just use techna flora for veg and need a lot of magical in veg my best guess why is the ro water .

Had a few leaves this morning show N toxicity a little claw ! All three girls are showing it , I went on into flower with veg nutrients can be the only answer ! ? Won’t try this again ! Maybe change nutrients and water tomorrow.

Hey Hippie - i think you're right about that being a slight nitrogen toxicity :nomo:. Them ladies don't need much nitrogen in flower, however i also keep with my veg nutes in the first 7-10 days of switching my lights to 12/12.

I’ve always changed to flower nutrients, Advanced has a regiment of nutrients for the first two weeks of flower! I’ll stick with that next time !

Didn’t get to check the tds or ph before the lights went out. Line of thunder storms just passed, sunshine for the next week!
