For my current proper grow I was considering which seeds to buy for the 1st time an from what breeder,but I ultimately decided on a local favourite..cheeeese lol, got some super F1 cheese seeds from our local seedbank GreenSmokeRoom

None seem bothered by the wind.

and then miss sticky got blown out the ground last night . A little miffed as she is my favourite smoke. She will pull through, I'll keep her flat for A while.

Just hit half A small guy of that double wild I harvested a while back. Super potent. Was not expecting to get so ffed up before 4:20 . The music though... listening to deftones (so are my neighbours) and I can feel it. Love this creation hard.

it must get awful windy that's not a small pot so growing on the rooftop has its advantages and disadvantages ill bet you don't have to many bug problems up there like you would if they were in the ground but there rite out there in the elements only the strong survive so those plants are tough good breeding stock!

Pink pistils on the transkei. Wind has picked up so difficult to get a focused one but you can get the picture

love the pink pistils I grew some ud chem pheno that had pink pistils on the tops very pretty that's a good pic in the wind!

Hey Lerugged, would a Landrace from Kosi still be considered Durban Poison?

Technically not , but same /similar effects. Kosi is about 4 hours from Durban. So all land races from that region pretty are similar. Difficult to imagine over 100s years there was no pollination between the different areas. Pretty much the same thing but there are differences , some subtle some noticeable. The licorice is only one pheno from the land race that grew in the area if that makes sense .

The licorice pheno is just the pheno that Mel Franks brought back from the Durban region. That’s why Americans are so wrapped up in licorice terps.

Time for a new years update. Things been a little nuts around here with family and schools closed.

So let's get too it. It's been hot..and sunny....
It's been kak hot this January so far. We are now fully into summer for sure. I'd say a month and a bit before flower starts. Go a good deal of growth still to come. This makes me warm and fuzzy.

Up first the Durbans

Then this transkei lady quickly becoming the looker on the deck. Such a beauty and loving the transplant

they all look good but that transkie is a real looker shes beautiful ill bet that's the first one you want to look at when you go up there cant wait to grow one!
