Ya ....i knew ya's would get that one...can't help it...it's how i feel today...Mare and i are taking a break....feelin a little blue and not the greatest today. Motivation has vanished .....I find relationships sometimes are just too much work ...i get tired of it...at this point and put up with very little any more. Anyhow , that was a downer...sorry ....later.

It's hard to hit the like button on posts like that but I did because you shared that. You didn't have to, but you did and I thank you for that. Having said that, that sucks. We can totally understand what you mean with relationships. Everyone has their ups and downs and it can be difficult at times. Keep your chin up and know that we are some good sets of ears over here.

We gotta be real though, eh duggan? I'm pretty much in the same boat with my relationship right now. Not fun at all. Sorry you're having to deal with shit too. Like I was just saying to another buddy of mine yesterday (who has had a string of bad luck in the same department this past year). Damn. Fu*king relationships! Anyway, sorry to double-down on the downers. All the best peeps!

Day 21 Colloidal silver applications
Today since the DDA has started showing quite a few more sacs that it was determined it was time to switch the lights to 12/12 so that the pollen recipients can catch up. We need roughly 5-6 weeks or 40 days for the seeds to mature after pollination. We are shooting for the pollen sacs to open up in a week or so. Just to make sure they do get pollinated if they were not ready for it we will "paint" some of the stored pollen on them. Finally we saw some results. *sigh*
Just took a couple
rips of a sample bud from the heavyweight fruit punch today and it does the job quite well. The taste was a little harsh since it was taken before the flush and tasted a little "green" as well. Today marks day 64 for her. She will be put into darkness tonight for harvest. We were waiting for at least 25% amber and they are cloudy with maybe 5 amber visible while looking at them at 60X magnification on multiple buds. Well for future reference for our two clones that will be going into flower next that we don't have to wait so long for the trichomes to turn.
We shall see about getting some pictures up a little later. Oh and we got our sodium thiosulfate for the next time when we reverse our devil's carnival in the journey to stabilization.

Hey guys...when ya grow with the "kit" gland heads refuse to go amber... they will just sit there for weeks and won't change...i've seen it ...lots. It has to do with the brix levels in our produce being so high and the general overall great health of them.

See we were wondering what the hell was going on with them since everything else about the fruit punch, pineapple chunk, and the OG kush are saying to pull them. Pistils have turned amber and about 80% of them have receded back to the bud. The trichomes are cloudy with few amber and very very very few clear. The buds have swollen quite a bit, are extremely dense, and the smell is amazing. If we shall take your advice, we will have 3 entrants to the dark tent here in about 2 hours. Ill take some pictures as soon as lights go out and get them up and see what ya think. I'm going to say 8.7 ounces total over the 3 plants.
Oh talking about the high brix, we checked our Cheese two weeks ago and her brix was up to 18 or 19. So that could be it.

I can't wait to see how this turns out for you guys. Will the seeds be a stable phenotype? Will they be autos? Very curious.

Well from what research shows and what Mr Krip, heirloom, TS, and company have been saying that it will take 4 generations to become "stable". When this round is done, we will pop a bunch of them into 1 gallon pots and let them go. Then the ones that are auto will stay behind and get "bred" together. The other ones will be culled but I think we will take a photo version and an auto version, if there are multiple ones, and grow them out to see what we are getting into. Then once we have the seeds of the auto x auto version we will have to do it a couple more times. The way I think of it is eye color. If your mom had blue eyes and your dad had brown eyes and you have blue eyes. Then if your wife has blue eyes then your children have a 75% chance of have blue eyes....etc. The 2nd round should be done by the first of the year.

The only thing I can think of is it may start dropping them. Oh, and if gone really long, the pod shells will start to die. Mold central. But that's kinda extreme. Say you pollinated on week 3 of a 10 or 11 week strain.

So we did a little walking through of the girls today just before lights out. Took some pictures. Put the fruit punch and the Pineapple chunk into darkness. The OG Kush will go in once those two get out of the tent. There is only room for two 7s inside of a 4x2 tent incase anyone was curious. If it was just the pots then there would be but these girls were spread out like crazy.

Then here are the Fruit Punch and the Pineapple Chunk in there home for the next week (36-48 hours darkness then 5 days hanging).
When two leave the flower room, then two shall go into the flower room! Two Fruit punch clones made it in there. We put them in together to see if topping once or twice is better. I can tell you right now that the one that was topped twice is going to pull much more that the other...or her mother.

We were then able to shift some girls around in the veg room so they get a little more light. I have no idea what we are going to do with our DWC project cheese clone. She is 5 weeks old and she is absolutely huge. Honestly she has some crazy strong genetics. She is taking up a ton of light and have no room in the flower room and wont for a while. Anybody have room? lol
Everyone have a good night and enjoy yourselves. He did a little yard work in between rain sprinkles. It has cooled off a bit the last two days but it was just a teaser since its going to be crazy hot next week. Have a bowl on us...Early miss with a touch of Purple Kush that was leftover in the grinder. Kinda makes it look fancy. Stay Classy.
