We treated our blue dream like live resin and straight into the freezer it went. Now we can pull some out and press it or use it as bubble hash. The terpenes are insane and smells just as it was being grown. As for trimming we just got rid of the fan leaves and anything dead.Hey Canna and Nis, I hope you guys got to enjoy your Columbus Day. Nis I posted this in the rosin tech thread but figured I would post here to see if you or any of your followers have any insight:
I am yet to make a rosin press or buy one, but plan to in the near future. I was wondering though if anyone has experience pressing untrimmed nugs. I just want to know if 1)it works well 2)if I can expect to get similar yields as trimmed nugs 3)if the terps will be the same as trimmed product. I ask cuz I do not want to take the time to trim stuff that is destined to be pressed if I do not need to. If it is necessary I will but would rather notThanks for any input.
Day 40 and the resin is unreal.

Thanks for the info man. What I have is already dried and I am working on curing it in buckets with gamma lids. There is a decent amount there though and I think most is getting squished if I ever get around to building a press. I will probably just trim fans off of some when I am ready and see what it does for me.
Your plants are looking real nice btw! that is some awesome frost!

Not too shabby for a plant that decided she was going to live, no matter what. Lol! I'm so happy I spotted her in there when I did. She really has turned out to be a pretty little pot robber. Lol We still can't figure out how she got there. Lol!!
Looks great Canna....she prolly wound up falling out of a fem .seeded bud as you moved about when working with those way back when!

I don't think so. Lol! The breeding was done 2 stories above where we found her. Good idea though, but it must have been in a shirt wrinkle or a pant fold then fell into the pot and waited to be watered. Lol! I will say, she has determination written all over her! Good chattin with you duggs!

We want to have the flower room harvested in the next couple weeks, so she will be coming down soon. It was fun seeing how the kit can make even regular soil better. We will have to split the Aloe, and have a go with them in some high brix soil. I think I like having aloe as a companion for the Cannabis. They live very well together! Maybe the next round of autos will have some aloe with them. We shall see.

Today is day 58 so probably this weekend. Them chem#4 and the money maker are looking close as well. The tangie may get another week with the hula haze. The birds of paradise is looking at 2 weeks at this point.
Jars are clean and ready to go.
