I have a small RO system and it is on the wall by the washing machine. I drain the waste water into the washing machine and it works fine for that.
I have a five gallon bucket that I also fill and the big dog drinks from that. ( washing machine in on back porch )
If both are full, I drain to the washing machine drain.
It works for me.

Alright! I have a few mins to post this recipe.
2 ounces marijuana
1 bottle of high proof grain alcohol
4 pkg flavored gelatin (jello)
10 pkg unflavored gelatin
1 c. Juice (no citrus)
1/4 c. Honey
1 tsp citric acid
1 tsp flavor extract (we use lemon)
In the MB2, I add the de-stemmed marijuana and the alcohol. I push the tincture button (4hrs at 160°).
Then after the 4 hrs is up, I strain the liquid from the flower into a glass Pyrex bowl. We have an electric skillet with sides. I add an inch or so of water to that, then put the Pyrex bowl in it. Use that method to evaporate off the alcohol. Be sure to stir.
While that is going, I take all the other Ingredients, except the flavor extract, and mix them together to make sure the gelatin blossoms. Set that aside.
When the alcohol is evaporated I add the flavor to the oil and mix it. Then I add the gelatin mix and stir until it melts. Now it's ready to go into the molds. I like a silicon beaker with a pour spout to put it into the greased molds. I spray them with cooking spray. Then after its all in the molds, let it set in the fridge overnight, or at least a half hour. Lol! Overnight works the best, but sometimes you just can't wait! Lol!

How much does this make?? That seems like a really big batch.....14 total packages of gelatin? What size bottle for the alcohol, a fifth or a gallon? Thanks for the recipe, just trying to figure out how much this yields as it seems like it will be a lot!

That makes 6 gummy trays. It is quite a lot and they are really strong. Half of one of the smaller ones we made, had a noob smoker feeling the spins.
A packet of the unflavored gelatin is 7g. The flavored gelatin (jello) weighs 3 oz. Sorry for the confusion. I suppose I should go back and change the original post to reflect the sizes of the packages. Thanks for the question, I'm sure others were also thinking it.

Actually, we really do love them. We make different sizes also. Since we take them daily, it's not odd for us to take a medium one, but if you haven't had edibles in a while, I'd be sure to start small so you don't become a soup sandwich. Lol!

What size of 1 bottle of high proof grain alcohol and where would I get that? 1 cup of juice would pineapple be okay or should I use something else, if so what. Ok, we get the grain alcohol in the liquor department in the grocery store. Generally we use a 750 ml bottle. Some states allow 190 proof, some allow 151 proof. Either works just fine, but if given the choice, get the 190 proof.
The reason not to use the citrus and pineapple juice is because the acidity wont allow it to set up properly. I wouldn't use pineapple either. We like cherry, grape, pomegranate, white grape, and so on.
I think most edibles tend to be creepers. I would suggest starting small, and waiting no less than 90 mins to see if you feel it. Chances are, you will be high as a kite and not want to take more, however, some people take more and live to regret it. Lol!
You have a great weekend also! We are headed to another state with some pretty fabulous family members to spend some time outside as a family. I absolutely can't wait!!! Woo hoo!! Have a great day man!!

The reason people add sunflower lecithin to their butter when they make it is to allow the edibles to hit faster. Supposedly instead of the 45 plus minutes they usually take to hit they can be felt in as little as 10 or 15 minutes when the lecithin is used.
I make cookies from time to time and how many one can eat depends on the person. When I had a high tolerance I could eat 3 to 4 and be ok, where as I have seen other people have a panic attack after eating only a 1/4-1/2 of one. I gave a few to my buddy on a couple of occasions and the first time he ate 2 and just about melted into a wall. The next time he decided to eat 4 even though I warned him not to. After eating the 4 cookies he decided to drive home from wherever he was and kept passing out while driving and waking up on the other side of the road! He made it home though and when he pulled into his driveway he put his car into park and passed out
He woke up a couple of hours later with his car still running with him sleeping in it!

Yup I told him not to drive after even having one. Some people are just stupid. I figured after he couldnt move after eating two that he would get the picture and a) not eat more than 2 and b) not operate a vehicle or anything else dangerous to oneself or others after consuming them. The guy has wrecked 3 cars in the last year and a half while sober every time. I am surprised he still has a license.
