the pots are from my local hydroponic store.I used some sissy paper clips on my soft pot for training, along with the growers twist tie, worked ok. I'm with you Canna, no more soft pots for me, going all rigid. The 10gal softies I have will probably go outside for tomatoes this summer.
Peggy, you can increase drainage by poking holes throughout the bottom of your pots. That will do you just fine. Don't get too crazy, enough for water to drain and a bit of O2 to get to the roots. As long as your pots are a soft plastic....anything decorative (ceramic) would be difficult to modify.
Hoe old are your plants? Once a week isn't a terrible thing. Our babies can go a week without needing a drink.the pots are from my local hydroponic store.
but yeah, am gonna drill some more holes through bottom.
and around the outside of the bottom of pots.
im literally watering/feeding once a week.
surely that's not good
i like em thirsty. hahaha

ahh super duper.Hi there peggypitbull! You look like a new face in these parts.
Do your pots have drainage holes in the bottom of them? That's a necessity. Also we now have plastic and soft pots. I think I like the hard side pots better. They give a lip on the edge to tie off or hook to for low stress training. The soft pots can be used with the velcro tape you find in the garden section at the big box stores. The tape is reusable and sticks to the pots, and itself. Have a great day pp!
4th week of flower.Hoe old are your plants? Once a week isn't a terrible thing. Our babies can go a week without needing a drink.
It's ok for flowering plants to stay moist. We don't like them to dry out too much.4th week of flower.
soil never seems dry.
the girls are fine....
so not overly worried.

Do you have any house fans to keep the air circulating? Do you use a tent, or a room, or closet, etc?I noticed on one of the pots.
green shit.
algae.
and was thinking it's connected.
it's not of a catch 22.
turn off fan...roots absorb moisture.
but...
3 miles down the road...ppl can smell my 'tomatoes'.
damn it.

What fun. I am ordering Dinafem OG Kush, Thank you Red Dragon, tomorrow for outdoor this season and indoor this winter. Gonna try to get the Gorilla Glue #4 Sensi Seeds, Thank you Doc Bud, soon to run the same way. I think the edibles made from these are just what my people are in need of. Thank you guys
Yup. Ours is mighty tasty now after curing for 8 months. Saving the rest for the 1 year anniversary.Tead likes the Dinafem OG Kush too Jacob. It's a classic for a reason. It's easy as shit to grow too. It will take everything you throw at her.
Went from this:
To this:
Didn't weigh anything before or after so don't know the return but we used about 1 - 1.5 grams of flower and have enough oil to do 10 dabs with. Well worth it because after doing a "test" of it I am completely stoned. I mean...holy shit is it strong. We used some crown royale and it usually has a savory smell and taste with in the oil it was more of a floral.
We will be doing some more testing and will have to weigh them before and after and see what kind of return we will get. Plus we only have 1 plate being heated right now since I wanted to see it work before I wired up the 2nd plate.
I feel like I'm rambling and have no idea what I just said lol.

I shot the plates with a temp gun and the max was 230. Lowered slowly to "pre heat" for 10 seconds or so then pressed it until the sizzles stopped. It was much lighter before we balled it up. But I want the Temps around 205ish. Just had to see it in action. What temperature are you pressing at Nis? That looks a little dark to me. When I press my pucks, I make little pucks of compressed weed, I press it for a small amount of time, usually until I hear a sizzle, and air stop. The results are the color of honey. Of course it could be the strain making the color that dark.
Cheers Nis
It is mighty tasty. The flavor is much more favorable in an oil. I cant wait to press some hash or kief. Good times ahead. That's cool Nis...we get it bud...hahaha! You guys are havin too much fun...tasty treats .
