Welcome All My Friends To The Show That Never Ends - Canna M & Nismo12 Team Up!

I need some help on picking out some seeds from GYO. Was looking for a more landrace strain and I am totally fine with regulars. Now that we have had some males here, I now know what to look for. Just looking to plan this years strains and such. I've gone through Ace, HSO, Sensi, DNA, etc. This year will be great. I can feel it. :surf:

landrace strain?
One of the original strains. Not something that has gone through generations of breeding. They are the original kushes and hazes. The original strains of the regions. Durban poison, Malawi, Columbian, Afghan, etc.

Check out the strain hunters on youtube. A couple of guys travel the world finding the lost original landrace strains. Kinda cool.

I have a congo from ace seeds can't wait to try her out. Waiting for the right time for planting her outdoors to get some veg from the MH in the sky .

Just a idea.. Look into 'world of seeds' for afew landrace strains. I've never cared to do landrace myself. Many breeders shy away from native strains of cannabis. They can be slow to grow, produce smaller yields, and take a lot of TLC. But, cultivating and preserving these strains may actually be one of the best things we can do for the cannabis plant. Because we are losing them pretty fast.... They are great for a breeding program. That one of the main uses for them... GL and Keepem Green

Let me say one more thing about landrace,,, they have grown in the same area all of their lives and have gotten use to wherever they are from,, their temps and sunlight schedule. Take a auto, they come from the coldest areas in Russia. Such short growing seasons,, they either had to flower right away or freeze without reproducing. So they adjusted their flowering time with the local climate. It's really hard to grow plants like Thai outdoors in the northern states. It just isn't acclimated to the region. Indoors we can get away with it... GL and Keepem Green

Thank you everyone for all of the seed choices. Going to be placing an order tonight or tomorrow so we will see what we come up with. I want Canna to pick out most of the strains since she wants a more CBD variety. I don't blame her since we have found the true healing effect from it from our CB Dutch treat. So we shall see. I like sativas and she likes indicas so there will always be a good variety of strains. Just looking for a good scrog strain and a heavy yielder. Wanted a more landrace of a strain for breeding purposes and the do great in the kit, so I've been told. So that's where I'm at.

I grabbed a few pictures from the Devils carnival last night and it amazes me everytime I open the tent. If I have my days right, she is around 6 weeks into flower (42 days). We will be taking a sample tonight. :thumb:

Thanks duggan. We really didn't much of any training on her as she did it ask herself. The offspring will be masking an appearance in the big show this year. That's for sure. I can honestly say I love breeding. The options are endless! :high-five:
Devils Canival is looking awesome! Prolly not a landrace strain but you know Duggan is highly reccomending green crack especially in kit soil.

Have a rockin weekend, Canna, Nis and gang!

We had some green crack from fast buds last summer and it was awesome smoke. Going to pick up some GC and some candy cane when is in stock. It's always sold out.

Have a great weekend yourself ween. We will be doing some building of one of our scrog troughs and putting panda film on the ceiling. We managed to get the humidity up to 65% in both rooms so now we have to contain it a little better. Always exciting here.

I'm all over that. She has been wanting it for months! Better order it before they sell out again. :thanks:

Edit - for those of you that haven't been to cks website this year, they have added 3 new fems. Durban poison, sour Jack, and Cali OG kush. Then they now have a white widow Auto as well. :thumb:
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!! They never seem to be in. Yay!!!

20 people bought GC today

201 people this week....according to the pop up on CropKingSeeds.

it'll be great to see several HB grow the same strain and compare results. :thumb:
We grew GC in regular soil with nutes, and she was the biggest (height wise) auto we've had so far. The smoke was good, but only gets better with a good cure. Of course, it's probably not as good as if it were grown in the Brix though.

I'm not a fan of the sativas, but the GC didn't make me as anxious as the DDA does. The DDA is a powerhouse of energy. Don't worry though. Soon enough Nis will have a batch of the Devils Carnival in the troughs in DBHBB. Winning!

Have a great day kids of all ages! Think a happy thought today, or smile to a stranger. See how many smiles you can get back. Make a game of it. You won't regret it.
