So I guessed right. :yahoo: Nice hookah. You could have used coals to heat the herb slower without that much of a burn, but hey, no one is perfect and you cannot dislike something you haven't tried right? Here in Europe price for hookah tobacco (HT) is about 8 dollars for 50g because the molasses (70% of HT) is taxed too. So to get to a price comparable to the US one I can buy tobacco solo (Virginia tobacco) and solo molasses and then after prep mix and jar them. And since I can buy solo molasses (molasses, glycerine, honey, flavor or not) I can add it to cannabis buds or leaves. So that way you can swap tobacco with cannabis and vape your mix from the hookah. Phunnel or vortex bowl with coconut coals is highly recommended as anything worse is imho a waste of time and HT. The bowl you have is great if you want to sweeten or color your water, not for nice long smoking wet HT (no offense) as the holes are poorly placed. I can smoke up to 2 hours with 1 packed bowl and 6 red hot coco coals with my cascade phunnel bowl. But hey, that's me I like nicely done hookah. Happy growing! :Namaste:

The hookah came with a couple different tops. One is silicon and apple shaped. Another is like the one in the pic, but has a lid and a screen. Not sure what to do with those. Any suggestions from you would be awesomeness. Thanks for stopping by!

So basically hookah is one of the first vaporizers used to smoke tobacco and weed. If you are not familiar with hookah preparation I suggest you watch a few videos about it, and try it yourself. I haven't made 100% cannabis with molasses only added weed to my tobacco but it must work as it is working with tobacco and the temperatures are there. If you want 100% weed in your hookah, then you can make some hookah molasses at home. Now I cannot ensure you it will work, there are some tutorials on the internet. I've heard glycerin, honey 1:1 plus a bit of water it should work pretty good, then use it to wet the herb as you like, the more wet the longer the session, I think you need just a bit to kinda stuck the chopped (not finely) weed together. Let it sit for a few days. Spread the wet substance in the bowl, leave a gap between the weed and aluminium foil with the coals, rotate coals as needed. But there is a twist, the smoke from the cannabis can eventually clog your hookah, as it cools down the hash collects in the pipes. So cleaning with alcohol is a must. So now you need to have washable pipe wit the mouth piece. If there are holes on the bottom of the bowl the molasses will drip out, I do not recommend those bowls. It is all pretty time consuming and for me just packing my vape is the best way to enjoy flavors and the effects of cannabis. I have Arizer Solo. It doesn't hold much but I like the quality and thickness of the vape. So that's that.

Good evening everyone. I thought i would put something about the breeding tent up before we head out for a baseball game.


Wednesday night and last night there was some "classy" violence in the tent. So I just picked up the DDA and tastefully beat the crap out of the carnival and the purple kush with him. Well if Wednesday didn't work, the same thing went down again. I then plucked off a couple pollen sacs and rubbed them between my fingers like I was putting a pinch of salt on food. Then dropped the sac on the bud. Well I think we have successfull pollination. They are 20 days in flower today and pistils are amber and for a lack of better words are goofy looking. See for yourself:


The dude himself, Dark Devil Auto. The solo cup is just for size reference. Pretty good sized cola if I say so myself. Too bad we can't smoke this one.

How they have been sitting the last 2 days. They do get rotated to get an even pollination.

After we are satisfied with the pollination in the tent we will start saving some pollen for future projects. Ya never know when you could use just a touch of pollen.

Seems I recall some dr. krippling incredible bulk in your repertoire...would luv to see what you could do with that and "the kit"...I've got three going in my low tech setup that are short...butt... sporting some very nice cola's...prolly do again next year under some improved lighting...Cheerz...h00k...

I was cruising around Dr. Krippling's website last night actually and was considering it. I wouldn't mind "boxing glove sized buds" so they said. Final decision will be in the morning. Thanks!

Final weight UPDATE!

This morning we jarred up our FastBuds Green Crack Auto who has been hanging for a week.

Final weight: 59g

Smoke report: it's a really smooth mild flavor. I can't really put my finger on one note I taste. The taste is pleasant though.

Highness report: well, considering it has been 29 mins since I started this update. Wait, is it Saturday?

Ok, fine. What you have been waiting for the Grand finale of pics! Woo ooooo!

It has a good mild smell also. For as mild as this strain is all around, the high is uh-mazing! I think I have a pretty high tolerance, but about half way through a joint with Nis and I was feeling darn good!

Since we use foliar sprays on the plants, we like to wash the buds. We wash food we grow, why not the plants we grow for meds? Ya know? We had been letting the dogs in the gr, but they leave too many hairs and who knows what else. Lol. Just another reason to wash the buds.

We had a harvest or 2 we didn't wash, but wish we did wash them.
