Weenmeoff's Inside Soil Alien Abduction Grow Journal

If your in flower you don't want to do any stress training, any stress on the plant as you want the plant to be concerned with growing buds instead of putting its energy into recovering from stresses and breaks. It will reduce your yield if your doijg it in flower. All topping, LST, Supercropping, etc needs to be done long before you flip to flower.

You are in flower right? Or is that just the clones under 11/13? You might consider a SCROG if your growing indoors.

Did a little training on the monster runt.

Thanks again dirt.

I have the clones in my house in a closet in a box which I open daily to let them breath. Today I started noticing little bugs flying around. The pic probably doesn't show much but they look kind of like fleas but they fly. I planted the clones in pro mix. I suspect they are coming from the clones.

They probably came from the Pro-mix, in which case they are also probably fungus gnats. Packed soil almost always has fungus gnats. I have tried various ways to kill them. I advise you don't try too hard to kill them. The medicine can be worse than the cure.

I tried DE on the soil surface, but once you water, the DE stops working.

Yellow sticky traps are the easiest and least expensive - always helps. Totally works if you get lucky and catch them before they multiply.

The most effective treatment was spraying every 3 days for about 15 days after you stop seeing them. I sprayed with 1% neem oil, but most commercial mixes will work - they just cost more per quart :)
