Killer NUKE update.

Curing is at its peak and after drying and shrinking 20 or so grams (and 10/15 grams of plundering) im at an even 100g of rewards from my first crazy first shot of getting to know growing weed in my freekin closet #Bubbleponicly. That's 1200$ saved from dispensary's coffers. I haven't bought weed since July 1st.

And.. This meager, injured plant just paid in savings,

One gallon bag and bucket.

I just sent my order at dr seeds this morning and the charge is alread on my account! If they can deliver that fast too, they can change their name to CanAmazonSeedsPrime.com.

What area of Canada are they?

That was why i ordered from Nukeheads in Colorado but I had my limit with their so called "GERMINATION GUARANTEE " rhetoric!

Here's my Fourth purchase and Now I'm a bit less patriotic about buying cannabis beans.

No sooner than I complimented DrSeeds on being fast, they send me another note that my order is complete. Now it's a wait on the shipping and tracking. Look's like I might be in for a smooth transaction!

I might have to delay germination until I can assure that it has space in the closet. One buckets time will be up soon then the Dawg can move in. And soon after that, another bucket will come available.

I remember not long ago I thought I wouldn't get to this state of hosting a well booked Ganja - Bed & Breakfast!

Now get this. I tried to buy from seedsman and the only payment methods are Bitcoin or Zelle and they asked me to give them feedback so then they they boo-hoo'd that it's so hard to get in with credit card use in this lune of business (ie) too cheap to pay the fees...

And they have the balls to completely forbid receiving emails from us... in my spam folder from here on...

It's not Seedsman, it's the banks and governments on this side of the ocean that won't allow Seedsman to use credit cards or use the banking system.

The truth that I believe is (to quote Anthony Hopkins in The Edge) "what one man can do, another man can do"!!

If other G.B. And European countries are getting paid and mailing out products, therefore it must be "an economic decision"! ie- Lousy management.

My first ever purchase was Queens Seeds and I had to endure allot of "COVERT WORD PLAY"! When I finally satisfied their "DONT SAY THESE WORDS" Spy .GAME, they processed my order of Gelato, 3 of which never germinated and 2 ended up failing to take hold, (drowning my first plants with TopFed).

Now another GB seller is showing the same type of ineptitude!

I'm sitting here with a content smile because if I look to the left i see my garden and I look to the right and I'm watching Woodstock and half a million hippies smoking weed and being peaceful human beings.

I was 14 back then (a budding hippie)and my 18yo brother tried to go but his old Chevy van didn't make it through Pennsylvania.

Here's the situation with the OG Kush Auto. Since it is a mutant, the entire lower third is almost reaching full Nuggets and the further up i look is less and less mature and at the tips were still sprouting new flowers!

I don't know if I did the right thing but I pinched off all the newly flowering tips up top to make it stop stretching and finish up.

Knock Knock, :dude-knocking: am I alone in here?

Since my Britt Bashing rant, I'm feeling a bit ignored. It's just that I'm "twice bitten by Britain"...

Since I have your attention Salt, you mentioned prepping seeds with sand scarring, I'll give that a try.

So, how is sand scoring done exactly? Put a seed inside a small bottle with sand in it and shake right? Dry or watery sand? Shake lightly or firmly?

My only experience with germination is soaking overnight and then wet paper towel in a dark for a day or two or three. Gives me about 80% cracking succes. But not without complications!

Coarse dry sand is what I use in a small vial. Shake well for 10-15 seconds. Pour onto a piece of paper, and recover the seeds. You are scoring the seed coat, not wearing it away.

Thanks.

I've tried to find some reference on Google. It is getting more and more difficult to get simple answers for things like this. The scoring results I found, talked about using a metal file or sandpaper; even saying to just file the rim of the seed (as if cannabis seeds are the size of a walnut)...

Will search the garage or Craigslist for some sand.

I now have 6 auto's in nearly every stage of growth. My 10 gallon tote isn't quite as useful as it first seemed. I relocated each of the seedlings, each to individual 3.5 gallon buckets because are all growing at their own pace.

I know for certain that 6 buckets of auto's CAN fit in my 4 X 2' closet if only barely!

I've become accustomed to leaving the grow lights at a constant height, then by stacking the buckets to raise or lower the buckets to suit the plants height.

Have others noticed an increase of tiny gnats buzzing around the grow lights? I'm opposed to bug sprays so leave a white bowl with warer and either they mistake it for a light source OR they're just thirsty; but every day I'm seeing several teensy bugs floating in the dish (like a gnat-zapper)...

That's pretty much the way to go with a single light. I do batch grows of the same strain, and keep them the same size. With a single light, I can raise or lower it, instead of the plants.
