I have been thinking for a while about another worthwhile question to ask you. I was so happy you answered my question about the purple. I even started an art project with pastels based on the plant that sparked my interest. I will share it when I finish, so far i have 1 leaf and a stem, which represents about 30 min of drawing, which if you knew me, is a long time for me to sit in one place.

If you had to pick between smoking and growing which would you pick?

If you would've ask me that 3 months ago I would've of replied "What type of stupid question is that? SMOKE of course!" Now I'd probably reply "What type of stupid question is that? GROW of course!" But that's like which came 1st, the chicken or the egg. No-one can answer this question.

That would imply that I really had a choice :hmmm:

Sometimes we are driven and we don't really understand why,

The only choice we have is to live consciously or not.

We always create, that's what life does.

Our job is to be aware of what we create

and learn from our experiences.

We are the conscious centres of creation.

We are God's hand and eyes.

Do we really choose to grow this plant?

Or does this seed choose us to plant it?

When we grow, the universe grows with us.

Every new plant that we grow with,

even if it's hidden away in a wardrobe or a bunker,

makes this world a better, greener place.

To semi-answer your question,

I think I would pick both, if I had a choice.

It's hard to compare the two;

Growing is full on for so many months,

Smoking is intermittent, a few minutes at a time.

Smoking is much easier,

if you have something to smoke :tokin:


I picked smoking over not-smoking years ago.

At the moment, I have no choice.

I have nothing to smoke,

so all I can do is grow and hope :)

we grow to smoke, no need to complicate it.. i grow to save money on these overpriced quarters and eighths.. why pay someone else to grow it when i can grow a plant just as easily... if i had to give up growing, i may have to give up smoking as well because i cannot afford to buy the little bit whenever i need it... im trying to stretch my last bought quarter until my first harvest.

BTW anyone know why LO's leaves would go limp?? still green and healthy looking, just not appearing to stretch for light.(as seen almost immediately after lights ON). could my fans be moving too much cool air through during lights off?
