9/28/17 Day 46: Noticed plant #1 has a leaf that looked prety bad. Looked back on a picture from prior and saw the leaf damage has definitely increased in comparison. Unsure as to what this is caused by, keeping an eye on it until watering to see where it stands.
9/29/17 Day 47: Growth continues, damage to leaf from plant #1 and #3 still slowly increasing. This is assumed to be a pH problem considering results from last watering.
9/30/17 Day 48: Growth continues
9/31/17 Day 49: Growth continues
10/01/17 Day 50: Growth continues
10/02/17 Day 51: Today checked on plants and saw #3 was hella droopy then realised its been 7 days (almost 8)since i watered, where the hell did that time go! All plants lightly droopy but #3 was falling in on itself droopy, brought all plants out and watered them either high pH or low pH water, depending on what last watering pH recordings were. Am aiming for 6.3-6.5 pH of runoff.
Cut off plant #1 and #3's lower leaf's as they were crunchy and/or prety much dead and yellowing.
Watering results: (runoff) (mini flush 2nd set of numbers is final reading)
Water in pH = 7.0
plant #1 pH = 6.20, PPM = 2004
plant #2 pH = 5.82, PPM = 2065
plant #3 (mini flush) pH = 6.05 / 6.25, PPM = 2400 / 0736
plant #4 (mini flush) pH = 5.87 / 6.26, PPM = 3575 / 1070
plant #5 (water in = 6.3 + miniflush with light nute feeding) pH = 6.9 / 6.67, PPM = 0786 / 1034
Clone (water in = 6.3 with light nute feeding) pH = 6.56, PPM = 2009
Now that i can see which way the pH is going, i can more easily control where i want it. I noticed the pH of miracle grow tends to be down lower so you need 7.0 water in (maybe a bit lower, ill know for sure as i water in near future) and for the planet natural soil it tends to be higher so i have to pH water in at 6.3, funny how the soils are different but makes sense. I've also got a decent control on how the time released nutes from miracle grow are so i just give the plants a little mini flush to bring those values back down to acceptable ranges.
I feel like im learning so much from this grow, its awesome! Now i just hope my plants get healthier since most of them are in pH runoff 6.3 - 6.8 and nutes are 2k or below. 9 more days until flowering. I hope i get these issues fixed before start of flowering.
Pic's will be coming soon! i want them to bounce back from that droopyness so they look sexy for their photoshoot :3
