The boys love that zipline.

They can run the back yard, get in the greenhouse and see out front when someone goes by.
Otherwise when I'm working they play in the river and go out front.
This way they are safe and dry.

Good morning Amigo :ciao:

As she is finishing flowering and building for you her pistils will turn red and crinkle in.
A sign flowering is finished.
As this is happening she will stop eating.
So it will take longer and longer to drain her pot, another sign flowering is finished.
As a rule of thumb I don't harvest white pistils.
Once they turn red I'll check trics.
I can tell by looking at the buds because I feed every day and watch what's going on.
I know what they are eating where they are in the cycle and can see the final swell of desperation in a plant trying to carry on her lineage.
This helps me decide usually.
Once I see the final swell and ripeness in her I know its time.

Until you can tell by looking go with pistils, amount of nutrient uptake then trics.
But watch closely, observe her stages and keep nutes.
I can help if your concerned.

I'll let her settle in her new home for a week then start training.

I only have 10 feet, if I flip tomorrow she would surpass that.
She will be 10 feet wide and 10 feet high by August, stretch will be interesting. :rofl:

I always leave the root ball proud. Sticking up

I do cover it at first with some coco but daily watering washes it off.
The point is the nutrients flow off to the side and flow to the outside edges where my moat is.
The roots chase the nutrients to the outside edges.
I’ve been doing this for years.
Any exposed roots just become woody and create support for huge plants.

2 years ago I had a toad make a burrow in a pot of coco.
I watered it and it popped out.
Scared the daylights out of me. :rofl:

It came back 3 times before I took it for a long walk down river and let it go.
It jumped 14 inches into a pot.
Dam gymnast, hehe.

They made an exception for me.
