Wow that G- 13 looks super frosty already. Ugh i really wanna see how the LED turns out i still cant decide to go with that or an HPS. What would you suggest IRIE?
 
I would say that if you had an hps for flowering and were looking for a veg light then I would recommend the Procyon.. If you are looking for a flowering or full grow light, then it would be the hps....The Led is flowering the BG but it is at a very slow rate.. This is going to affect yield and length of flowering time.. I almost yanked the BG from the led today and put it under the HPS.. :peace:

They now also have a guy that sells only procyons... They say 125 wats, guess I am going to have to check and see if it is 100 or 125 watts.. It was just a matter of time, they are still selling them faster then they are making them...

So on that note, the Bubble Gum was pulled from the procyon and put under the 600... It was just falling to far behind. I think in the future we are going to try and flower a few clones under it and the HPS, so we can see the true difference.. My next grow is germing and I am going to need the LED here in the next day or two... I apologize for not seeing it through but it was just killing me watching her take her time. So the decision was made to put her under HIDS... :smokin2::peace:

I have never used the t-5's to grow with so I cannot say.. I do think it grew better then the MH does.The LED grew shorter, wider, and stacked compared to the MH that grows them taller,skinner, stacked ( if you can keep it low enough) The LED plants had better coloring, bigger leaves, and they just looked happier. Watering was almost cut in half on the LED plants compared to the MH. I may even combine the Procyon and the back-up 400 MH for vegging the next project... :peace:
 
55 days under the LED.... The BG is getting used to her new environment, and has jumped up two inches since yesterday AM.. I think she likes it... SO, all is well in the Irie garden...

So far I can. I have moved two plants from LEDS right to HIDS. They seem to droop just a bit for the first day, then are standing at attention the next. So I have not noticed any adverse reactions to switching them. It seemed like 16-22 inches off the top was the sweet spot. Later in veg I kept it closer to the canopy to keep the penetration to the lower branches. It seemed the closer I got to the plant the less it would grow upwards and it would grow outward. Both plants were wider then they were taller when moved into 12/12..Now under the HIDS, they are taller then wider. oh yeah, in the last three days under the HIDS, the Bubble Gum has grown more then the two weeks under the LED:peace:

Bad ass man. Such deep perfect coloring. I like the training on the G13/hash plant. Any reason you trained one and not the others? Height management? Keep the pics coming.. :peace:

Oh yeah btw.. How do you think the Procyon would do as supplement lighting for the bottom part of the plant under the canopy to promote thicker buds down below?
 
I cant stop looking at that G-13 its so purdy.
 
Thanks guys for the good words... The training method for the G-13 was the drop the hot 400 MH on the plants and see who survives!!! The MH dropped on her when she was a week old and fried the main stem. There was one set of true leaves when it was burned and these are now them. They turned into two colas and I have been bending them around trying to expose the middle to more light. She really surprised me when she lived and my GF made me try and doctor her back... I was ready to scrap her.... She is doing us proud... Me thinks she is going to be one frosty ass plant... :ganjamon::peace:
