Viva Las Vegas! Procyon 100 LED Grow Test

Thanks guys for the good words... The training method for the G-13 was the drop the hot 400 MH on the plants and see who survives!!! The MH dropped on her when she was a week old and fried the main stem. There was one set of true leaves when it was burned and these are now them. They turned into two colas and I have been bending them around trying to expose the middle to more light. She really surprised me when she lived and my GF made me try and doctor her back... I was ready to scrap her.... She is doing us proud... Me thinks she is going to be one frosty ass plant... :ganjamon::peace:

I'd have a friggin heart attack if that happened to me. great recovery though.

Call it the 400 MH Drop Top method

That was a good save.

Oh and congrats on the new 600watter!! I really like the electronic ballast on mine. It's small, efficient and supports both HPS & MH if needed. What brand of bulb you got in there?

Those ladies are gonna luv you for all those xtra lumens. :smokin2:

:peace:

Hell, glad I saved her, she was the only female of the three.. I love the electronic ballest, it is smooth.. The ladies are already loving it, I fired up the 400 too so everyone is getting their fair share of light.

Looking good. How tall do you expect them to get when they are done?

I put my plants into flowering after a month and a half into veg and they were all around 2ft tall. Now I am a week into flowering and one of them is nearly 3ft tall, the rest are getting up there too. I am really curious what to expect for a final height.

Lumatek 600...Not sure what the bulb is not a hortilux but said 95,000... I use it for a few grows then get my choice..

Awesome choice. I have a small lumatek ballast farm 2 x 600's and 2 x 400's lol and love them. Silent, low current startup, smooth ignition, Dual bulb MH/HPS type support, fairly low profile. Great product. I've also heard the owner is a real good guy. I use EYE Hortilux bulbs. Hortilux Blue 400W MH and Super HPS 600's with no issues. You can get them pretty cheap from a few sellers on ebay too. Good luck with it. I've heard in some territories the ballasts have a Super Lumen switch for HPS bulbs that will boost Lumen Output 30%! Mine do not have that switch but creamm's does, lucky :/. :peace:

Thanks again you guys for the words... Well, the holidays are coming around so money is going to be tight. I had to order another exhaust fan for the 600 ( think I got a 200 cfm for it) and a little cloning machine since I have such bad luck with clones.....So I should be tapped on funds for the grow room until the new year. So no bulb until next year..The bulb in there now is 90,000 not 95,000..

Heights... Hmmmm, so hard to tell.. They are all supposed to be medium-high plants.. If I hit it right the BG and DW should finish up in the 50's.. The BG may not make it that high, I think the two weeks under the LED in flower slowed it down and I think I lost two weeks of stretch... No worries though, it is all good.. I have been trying to grow a good BG since the beginning of the year, one was a male and the other was one wacky ass mofo.Looks like I may have her now...

I didn't read or hear anything very good about them, but hey, to each their own.. OK, no work today, lots of new snow on the ground.. So I am bored and we all know what that means.... PIC PORN!!!!!!!!!! :ganjamon:
The IRIE garden is doing well, today is day 19 for the BG and DW and day 22 for the G-13.. The BG has now passed the G-13 in height. The G-13 is impressive, I just can't believe the development this early in flowering.. OK, enough babble outta me.
We will start of with the G day 22

wow wow wow! You don't mess around. Super verdant and lush. How lucky we are to have such great examples of healthy plants.

:bong:

Nice!

You bastard if I lived in CO and there was snow on the ground the only "bored" I would be is Snow"bored"ing. lol I did Breckenridge way back in high school when I skied. Best skiing I've ever done. Once I get better with my board I'm heading back there. :peace:

I am a spoiled local, and will wait until we get the real stuff. I average about 80 days a season.. Now chest high powder on the backside of vail.. Oh, I just can't wait....

^sweet

I'm not going out til next month when I get damn license back. I usually head up to Vermont or Maine or out to the Pocono's in PA for a quick day/night trip when I'm suppose to be working..lol. I love working from home and having a blackberry. I'm just like whats his face on Eurotrip with the global cell phone :) Maine and Vermont are OK but nothing like the Rockies. Have you been to Whistler? I want to try it someday.

The dream weaver looks nice but man, that G is just going crazy right now.

Thanks guys and gals.. Everything is well in the IRIE garden.. The G thang has almost stopped growing vertically and should start fattening up from here on out.. The DW and BG have showed no slowing down.... So bud porn coming your way...Days 21 and 24 for the G.
