Virgin Ground And The Little Star Asterion

So I took clones. We will see how they do. I also chopped all but 3 plants and transplanted them.

I think I am having trouble with drainage now. 2 of the plants are droopy, but not as droopy as yesterday. I over watered them a bit. I did put some grates down so the bottom of the pots can dry out. I guess I need to make drainage holes. These bags are darn near waterproof. I am afraid of making too many holes and the bottom taking out on me. If I can't fix it soon I will have to find different pots.

I hope I don't lose them now.

The plants have bounced back from their bout with transplant stress. They look good. Humidity has been high the last few days ,so I've been keeping an eye on it.

I should hopefully have time to hang my filter and fan tomorrow. Hopefully I can get the boyfriend to help. He's been a real exercise in patience lately.

Clones are perky so far.

Morning Smeegs. I hope today finds you well. Hopefully I will have to stop by today and see what's going on in your part of the world. I've been very busy lately. My daughter's birthday is tomorrow. Got a lot of stuff to do yet. I also want to add some photos.

It seriously took me this long to get my vent system installed. The boyfriend did a great job. Everything looks secure and sturdy.

Gonna have to drop mars hydro an email. It appears as though I have a few pinholes along the bottom zipper. Perhaps black nail polish will do? Love the tent aside from that.

Still need more light. I'm working on it.....slowly.

Here are some pics from this morning. Gotta work out my drainage today. Think I've got something in mind though. Just got to wait until the dollar store opens.

Looks fantastic, nice job on the fan and filter

Ya...you need more light for sure, at least one, maybe two more, but the girls look happy so far, so that's good

I'd scootch em as close together as you can, then maybe turn em purring the day to let the outer branches get more light

I have a rotation going. Every two days i switch their position in the tent and I turn them 1/4 turn daily.

I have hopes to get a GR480 in there soon or at least another GR240.

I just lost 4" to draining racks. I think I may run out of room. Is it still feasible to SCROG? They are still pretty springy.

I watered today with molasses and epsom. Man they love that stuff. I was able to water them without water logging them. It seems that they are draining well now.

To scrog or to flip? That is the question.

I am thinking that they are too tall already. I guess I will attempt to push them down with the scrog net. These crazy things have grown about 3-4 inches in the last 2 days. Being my first time, I was ill prepared for this.

I feel like I am the slowest of growers sometimes. Just not in a big damn hurry. Just really enjoying the grow. Then I realize that I am running out of space and go into panic mode. I need to trust myself more. It will all be ok.....I hope.

Well my scrog net did not work out and my back hurts too much to fiddle with it. I just can't bend over like that anymore. I guess I will get some binder clips and train them downward a bit and flip them.

Started super cropping and lst. I managed to pull them down 6 in or so.

Ph at feeding is 6.0 and run off is 6.4. Fox farms grow big and tiger bloom.

Switched them to 12/12 yesterday. Wish me luck.

My tomato plants I started at the same time as these and moved outside have drowned. They were the best tomato plants I have ever grown. The weather here has been so crappy. My entire lawn flooded and most of my plants have died. So bummed. My little girl was balling yesterday as they were HER tomatoes. Luckily I gave plants to friends and family. They will share with us so we will not be without.

Next year I am building raised beds. No more messing around.

I am still worried about my baby trees. There is 4 more days of rain forecast ahead. People are mowing their lawns with standing water. Crazy.

Then I think about those poor folks in Pennsylvania with their flooding and feel ashamed for for my self pity. Life goes on and hopefully I will prepare better in the future.

Plants are looking great. I have been doing some lst. Gonna get them down as far as possible. I have just completed week one of flower. Still working on the light. Lots of pistils showing though. Thinking about doing some light defoliation for the next few weeks.

Super cropped and lst again. I got them down another 5 inches. Looks like I will have enough room now. I am getting a humidity spike at night. It gets up to 70% and 45-50% during the day. Looks like 4 of 6 clones made it although one is pretty tiny.

I think I went a little nuts with the defoliation. They are still bound up in lst. When should I remove the ties and let them grow unteathered?
