Virgin Ground And The Little Star Asterion

That's what the boyfriend said. He told me to stop being so picky. Lol. His words were...Either a screw screws or it doesn't screw. Can't argue with that logic.

You'll be the first to know when it's Cannapot time.
I think 2 plants at a time under that light will do me well. I want to keep the plant count down.

Oh geese

Plant count down? Not sure I understand that statement...

Lol

I have 10 seedlings, planned on 3

Yes, I have issues....lol

Holy dry mamas! They got a small dose of chlorine this time. I didn't have time to off-gas any water. They would not have made it to the morning. The lights went off as I was finishing up.
Looks like I've had a red power strip light going the whole time. It's really dark red and pretty faint. It's obviously not doing any harm to the plants. I thought it was a black switch.

Yeah, I'll cover the light tomorrow. Wasn't too worried about the chlorine. It did sit out for 12 hrs. It can get really strong when they flush the lines. I usually smell my water anyway. It is something I picked up while fishkeeping to gauge if I needed to add extra dechlorinator. It smelled pretty mild when I watered.

Yes, it is an essential nutrient for all living things. I always add a gallon of regular water to my aquarium so my fish get just a bit of it.

I read a study by the EPA. It stated that chlorine and chloramines are indeed safe for terrestrial plants and animals , as long as it does not enter the blood directly. Fish, amphibians and some reptiles can be effected. I didn't see who was leading the EPA at the time though.

I've just always left my water out as an old habit to bring it up to temperature. Everyone is super concerned with off-gassing their water. Is it really necessary? EPA says "no".

You have a saltwater tank?
Freshwater planted aquariums. They have Lily pads and low light submerged species. I keep fancy goldfish and tidal snails in them.
