Virgin Ground And The Little Star Asterion

Looks like Lemon og candy will be the guinea pig for this light. I'm itching to get them in some soil.

Hey, I saw my first signs of amber today. Just a couple. But that's enough to make me pay attention a bit more closely.

They're close then!
I'm thinking one more feeding, see where they are after that. I don't want to flush too early. They are still putting out pistils pretty frequently.

Beauty looking flowers and congrats on the HLG, been eyeing those up for a long time.
I absolutely love mine so far. After a few grows with them I'm sure I will become less timid toward using them. I was always afraid I would torch my plants with them. Right now they are at 12" from the canopy. Absolutely no heat stress.

The only thing that bothered me was the lack of instructions for use. Luckily I have Chris and Penny to guide me in that. Other noobs...might not be so lucky.

If there are still white pistils pushing out I'd wait a bit.
Yeah, they are still getting clusters of pistils not just individuals. They are starting to widen as opposed to getting taller.

I have had zero heat issues with the qbs. If anything I'm looking at adding a heater. On the hottest day here my tent only got up to 80f. It gets down to 64 at night in there. 77f during the day now.

My girls seemed to slow down for a few days. They weren't drinking much at all. Well, they seem to have done a complete 180 and can't get enough. I must pick up some more vitamin C for emergency chlorine/chloramine removal. It take a very small amount.

I just noticed that there are no face plate screws for my light. I'll just drop a line, ask the manufacturer which size/type of screw. I'm sure I can find them locally. Or just take one from my other light and head to Home depot.
