I’m so glad to hear your mom is able to breathe easier. Hopefully she can get her meds right and just keep feeling better and better.

It's great that your Mom's doing better, and tested negative for covid- Hope she stays on her meds from here on in- I had to manage my mom's meds before she went to the home- she either wouldn't remember to take them, or she'd take 4 or 5 when the dosage was 1 pill-

That’s great news that your mom is felling better. Do you guys use pill packs to help organize her daily meds? My wife & I find them very helpful in making sure you take the correct daily dose.

It's been a bit of a mixed bag. She is looking at surgery. They found a corroded artery that needs some attention.
She got a good talking to be me so far.
Hope it makes an impression on her.
She was pretty bummed yesterday when they put surgery on the table.

Seems like some dominoes fell. She has a cat that's been having some severe health problems. I think they put her down yesterday. She just can't care for her anymore. It's really sad.
We may be at the same point Cass.
I don't know if she can be in charge of her own meds anymore.
We certainly can't have something like this happening again because she is stressed and can't remember to take them or refuses to.
She has a few med organizers. My dad was always the person to take care of such things. He's 84 now and not being as reliable as he once was. He seems to be going through a personality change that I'm rather concerned about as well.
I get them from all over. There are more stores popping up in the US all the time. I've seen that the overseas folks are getting distribution centers here as well, making thing much quicker and more convenient for the folks in US/Canada.
We are doing ok Boo.
I'm beat, both mentally and physically.

I'm glad they are sorting your mother out, and with any luck this might get her and/or your brother to focus on maintaining her med schedule. They make automated med dispensers with timers and alarms if it comes to that. I was almost there but my dad moved into assisted living before I bought one.

Get him to a quality GP for an evaluation. Personality changes in the aged are often a sign of oncoming dementia/alzheimers. In the early stages something like Aricept can be helpful, though it's obviously not a permanent fix. Also, Alafornia had very good success with high doses of CBD for his mom when she became cognitively impaired. I refer you to his posts here and here for more info.

I got sidetracked with the bf this weekend. We haven't had any real alone time in months. I had to grasp the opportunity to grasp him.
So ....tomorrow I will be cleaning and building. Hopefully by the end of the week my new journal will be going.
Excited about my seed selection for this one.
I've already been forewarned about two of the strains I'm going to grow.

I have Skywalker Og, Ghost Train Haze
and Sirius Black on deck. There may be another one. Not sure yet.
The first two listed came with warnings. My kid said the Skywalker made him green-out so bad that he puked.

Your tolerance might be a bit higher than his, so just give him the varieties that make you puke, like the JSP!

My boy is actually here right now. He came up for dinner and to grab some smoke.
I don't think I've ever greened out really. I usually fall asleep if I overdo it.
This may be different with the Ghost Train Haze though.
I'm fully prepared to get my ass kicked. I should have some CBD by then to help.
Lmao. I'm a seasoned smoker. I'm not gonna go down so easy.

I can out smoke him pretty easily.
He actually likes the JSP.
