VG's Sponsor Spotlight Starring Atreum LED & Weed Seeds Express

Just trying to get wobblier, VG.

I'll have fun watching you have fun! :Rasta:
And I'll have fun watching you watching me have fun:hmmmm:

Looking siriusly good those little plants are!
I love this age. So adorbs.
I think I'm gonna use some Purpinator on the SB. Get her as dark as possible.
I should be using Terpinator as well.
Lawd knows that I have enough of the stuff.

Hi-diddly-ho!
Was just checking in on my lil @Weed Seeds Express gals.

I did see some discoloration on the larger, lower leaves of the Ghost Train Haze. You can see it here. It's the one at the 3 o'clock position.

The other chickies look fine. It won't be long until transplant.

Looking good, VG. What is "discoloration"? I'd like to see a gorgeous Neville's Haze full of buds. Happy Smokin'

I like skywalker’s chubby leaves :circle-of-love:
Says the Queen of Kush.....
:green_heart:

If I would have told you the right time corresponding to the correct leaf , you may have noticed it. It was actually the 2 o'clock leaf.
I'll just blame my dyscalculia.;)
It has a lighter, brighter green on the middle leaf's end. It matches the new growth in color. Hope that helps.

I would also like to see a Neville's Haze full of buds.
:passitleft:

They all look wonderful to me! You may have a dysfunctional calculator but you're a heck of a lot more fussy about leaf color than I am. :cheesygrinsmiley:
Lol, what Shed said! ^^^ they look good from where I’m at.

What did you just call me?
Not a fan of Ned Flanders??

My brain works in beautiful and mysterious ways.
My new mantra...
Lol, what Shed said! ^^^ they look good from where I’m at.
Ok. I guess I'm being a bit silly.
This is how I find early deficiencies though.

Even if I had ever watched the Simpsons, my joke still stands separate and apart from popular culture!
In that case, I believe Ho is short for honorable.

Whew! I am so glad I'm not the only one that couldn't see what discoloration VG was talking about. :Rasta:

@Virgin Ground, something is wrong with your division! :laughtwo:

Leaving the "diddly" remain is probably a good idea. ;)
Yes. Probably....most certainly...I couldn't agree more.

I see what you did there. Har!

It's there!! I swear it!!!
See it??
It will start as little white spots. Not the dandruff looking stuff either. That's perlite.... I think. It doesn't blow or wipe off.
Lighter green tip and then some very minute white spotting in that area. It's just starting.

It started like this on my Charlotte a few days ago. Ends up looking like this...
Zoom in. It looks like insect damage. I've been scoping my plants everyday since it commenced but I don't see any bugs. It's the wrong time of year for them too unless they came in with the soil.
I would have had issues before this.

So...what is it? I have been giving 2 ml of TPS cal-mag and nothing else except bti treated water. I just started using Vit C yesterday. It's not that. :hmmmm:

Have you louped the underside of Charlotte? But of course bugs wouldn't cause the last inch of a leaf to be lighter than the rest...

Light green between the veins is more Mg than Ca, and epsom salts would be more tailored to that specifically. Is it lower leaves or upper or all over?
Just that leaf and the one on the opposite side of the plant so far. The oldest of the large fans, low down on the plant.

I have indeed scoped underneath the leaves. I used cellulose tape to see if anything would come off. Nada.

As I recall, "magnesium is highly mobile in the plant and deficiency symptoms first appear on the lower leaves. Symptoms are more severe on the lower leaves because magnesium is moved to the new growth. Deficiency symptoms consist of interveinal chlorosis (leaf veins stay green while the regions between them turn yellow). Older leaves lose their green color except in the veins."

I see it now!

(Not that it makes me happy. )

They look just like the dots I saw on a plant before I realized there were spider mites in play, except your dots look kinda' green and mine where white.

With the light-colored tip in mind, I'd do what Shed said and try some magnesium. But I would also treat for the bugs, just in case.

Of course, I'm not unbiased. Due to my recent experiences I blame almost everything on spider mites.:Rasta:

I do have some epsom. Not sure why I'd be having issues in early veg though. New light but I'm not pushing them at all right now.

Well, I hope you're wrong.
I do have a gallon of SNS 209 if I need it. I also have a new bottle of neem.

I sat there and stared for 20 min.
I should have been able to see them.
I didn't see anything.
