VG's Sponsor Spotlight Starring Atreum LED & Weed Seeds Express

:slide: F*** yeah!!!!!! The force was strong with this one!!!!:slide:
Pardon my French but I'm beyond stoked to get a Skywalker above ground. The second seed was good!!!
:happy-birthday: lil honey.

Highya DAB!
Very happy to have you.
I'm having a wonderful morning. Hope your day is fantastic!!

15 is a good number to build upon.

I plan on making some seeds this year. Maybe a cross of my own choosing that I can work on for a few years. I'd also like to run more reg seeds in the future.
Fems are great but I have some killer regs just waiting too. I'd love to get some sexy makes to grab some pollen from.
that would be nice to create your own strain

i would mix my brookleen mangoes with ma gorilla glue

i wonder how you do that , and eill it be good ?

anyway im not where near that , first ,
have a good stash

im no where near that !! :lot-o-toke:

i always done feminism , when i start i had bag seed, they turn hermi
i never try anything else since

feminized is better for me

that would be cool to make your own strain tho

I'm in VG!

This is going to be fun to watch. I've been eyeing that SB and SOG on the @weed seed express site for months, but I've never pulled the trigger. Now I get to watch you grow them. (And with a snazzy new light!)

It's like a few other things in life, where the next best thing to doing it yourself is watching someone else do it. ;)

Happy growing!:Rasta:

You can reverse the plant to get fem pollen and make seeds with Silver Thiosulfate or Colloidal Silver.
Or you can go the birds-n-bees way of using reg seeds to get male pollen and make seeds that way.
Lots of info here at 420 on both preparations.

Since you missed the plants sprouting I "decided" to drop one on the floor and kill it so you could see a brand new sprout! A new Sirius Black is on the way.

FML.....crazy clumsy woman.

She not fully dead yet but looks to be declining quickly.
I think I damaged her stalk.
Maybe she is just in shock? Guess we'll see.

She sure looks angry and wet. Poor girl, hope she makes it.
I just sprayed her in a little when I repotted her. She's in Pro Mix. It can be treated like passive hydro. It's really hard for me to overwater in the stuff.

I want her to be really moist right now. If she has a break along her stem she may grow a new root. I did it in perlite hempy last year. I had the top with a 1/2" stem. I was losing the sprout to damping off so I cut her and hoped for the best.
This one looks worse though.
I don't have a lot of hope for her.

Congrats on the sponsorships, beautiful light and new wee ones! Sorry to hear about the dropped SB! :( I did that once with my first grow she was in hydro and during water change the whole top part with hydroton fell out of my hands and she skated across the floor and died less than an hour later. I’ve got my fingers crossed for your lil one!

Hey lady! :hugs:
Really good to see ya. I was catching up over at your place the other day. Think I'm close to being current.

I've been outdoors doing spring chores. All of our snow melted and for the last two days it's been in the 60s!!
I was so excited to go out and...... clean up lots of dog poop.....
I may have just a touch of cabin fever.:goof:

I put the first SB in with the bonsai moms. She is still standing erect but looks terrible. She can spend her final days there.

An update on the @Weed Seeds Express chickies.
I should start off by telling y'all that they are in Solo cups with all-purpose Pro Mix. Along with that I mixed in a little @GeoFlora Nutrients Veg and some @DYNOMYCO mycorrhizal inoculant.
I give my girls tap water that has been left out overnight to age a bit. I like my water to sit out so the pH stabilizes before use. My water happens to drop from 8.5 down to 7.3.
I'm going to order some Vitamin C to use as dechlorinator. I need some for my aquarium anyway. I'm done using the nasty chemicals in my tank. It is also much, much cheaper than what I've been using.

Sorry if any of these pics are blurry. I couldn't find my glasses this morning. No idea where they got off to.

Cute little babies!

A touch...but justified no doubt!

Found this:
"Two forms of vitamin C, ascorbic acid and sodium ascorbate, will neutralize chlorine. ... Although ascorbic acid is mildly acidic and, in large doses, will lower the pH of the treated water, sodium ascorbate is neutral and will not affect the pH of the treated water."

Awesome Stuff @Virgin Ground !

So stoked to have DYNOMYCO in the mix and WOW those babies are looking good - off to a great start.

I assume you'll be adding some more DYNOMYCo when up-potting as per package recommendation? Cant wait to jon in on this one!

I'll be using such small amounts that I'm not sure it matters which one I use.
Im trying to find out if one is more bio-available to the plant than the other. So far I'm not seeing much info on it.

I'll have the added bonus of what the Vitamin C can do for my plants.

Surprise!
You're in my journal!

Thanks for sponsoring the forum and the contests. That's how I came to know your product.

I will be adding more upon transplant. I will provide photos this time.

I just went from being a salt based grower of almost three years to using organic inputs.
I have a lot of reading to do.
Luckily, I love reading and learning.

Glad to have you follow along.
