I haven’t been here in a couple days. The 5 phenos outside are doing great they are growing at a very fast pace.

This pheno still showing those mom traits, not even close to preflowering. Nodes are stacking up better and the side branching on the top of the plant is way more uniform.

“PINK KUSH”

Grows great, still not sure what to think about it. It’s a great looking pheno just not sold on pink kush.


“SUPER LEMON HAZE”

Not much to say here either, grows excellent, sturdy plant, not sure the haze part. Does have a lemon aroma. Has one pistil on the 7th node. That’s about it.

DUTERTES NIGHTMARE

Just beast mode, side branches very well developed. By far the biggest one of all. Looking like it could be a girl, still needs some more days it’s so tiny I can’t see.

DURBAN DPXFM

Very consistent with the mom traits, a little slower than the other Durban in the pot… this one not yet clear what it is.

I have mixed feelings about the Soltice. Yeah it’s the longest day of the year but it’s also the beginning of Summer so the days will only be getting shorter. And living in the Near Artic North area of Chicago means that the Ice Age will be returning. CL

Contemplating the work today, I like to walk the garden in the morning, smoke a J while I see what’s outside;

I bent several stems yesterday afternoon, seems very crowded in here I felt the Auto couldn’t handle much training so she is doing what she can. Still good air flow in there. I might defol by end of month, I say might because if she ain’t dropping fans on her own means she still needs them and is using them. She is just putting out sugar leaf so I have to be very picky on what I take off. Buds are on the go, I see more stacking up than bulking up, fine by me; foxtails? Bring it on.

Preflowering colors, big transplant… like nothing happened, the already grown since the transplant, what and incredible phenos these 2. Photos speak for them self. I’m glad I went with 30gals now they got medium for months.

This other Auto got a hair cut and she is building the bud sites, under construction she looks like a good harvest to be, showing excellent health and growth. Haven’t watered just foliar, it could well be she finally understood the reservoir is underneath.

As soon as these 2 autos are chopped we have a spot for Malawi/haze Honduras.

This is my light schedule, I use it every year since I started growing outdoors.

Once solstice hits they should fast forward all thru July buildings up buds, the preflowering show can go several weeks. I have maybe 3 weeks to make up my mind if I am in fact doing light dep or not. I’m really having mixed feelings I am incredibly busy and don’t know if I can commit to another regular scheduled task.

I know brother, it’s not precisely Cancún here where I am at; but Vancouver Island sure beats Montreal (weather wise, not food wise or cool people wise).
My entire intention of moving to BC and Van Isle is the grow zone I am at, Zone 8 it’s as good as it can get in Canada. Just living in a rain forest makes it ridiculously wet around fall hence mold and rot are kings here.

The wind must be insane in Chicago, you guys ain’t that far from Toronto/Montreal must be freaking cold. I have done my share of passing out in Montreal bus stops while peak of winter boy did it suck. Lucky me no frostbite or hypothermia

Sounds like someone was looking out for you. I was a kid and wanted to get high when a friend called and asked if I wanted to go with him to score some weed n he’d get me stoned if I did. I should’ve been watching the weather forecast first. Smh CL

I do believe in Astral protection from a higher source, seen how many times my life has been spared. My latest fuck up; I got lost… I was helicoptered out. Spend close to 48 hrs lost no water, no food, night temperature drop to 0… I was in wet shorts and a tshirt… had absolutely nothing on me. I got lost looking for mushrooms

They all got watering with my tea mix; the more I look into what is in the tea is pretty much plant based. With the exception when using Livestock manure. I’m always surprised how much these weeds make for incredible good source ready to use fertilizer.
