Ok I think I'm caught up. First off I want to say, I want some dam star pupil beans! JK. Earlier in the thread everyone was talking about the price of beans. I just ran out a pack of second generation genetics. They are a newer breeder and the owner is son of DJ short. He uses DJ Blueberry in all his strains. Reasonable prices. All packs of 13 regs for 80$. I liked the pack I grew so much that I went back and got 3 more. I got 9 females out of the pack of 13
I am yet to buy any of his seeds but he does look to breed some killer gear. Buck grabbed some Blueberryland when they dropped. I was going to but was short on fund at the time. His purple terps looks like a winner. There is one site that was selling all of his gear for $70 a pack of 14 and if you bought a 14 pack they would throw in a random pack of 7 of his other gear. They now have 13 packs like everyone else and will give you a 5 pack of a certain strain but it is still a great deal. I am a huge fan of Blueberry, I just have a lot of gear with it in it already.

What is it about the Blueberry as a strain that you guys like so much? I know that the THC is moderate......is it taste?

For me its a few things. First the smell is amazing. The taste is good as well, but unless I am vaping the flower I don't really get all the flavors in my weed. But for me, what I love is the high. Its a very functional indica for me that gives good pain relief but doesn't knock me out or couch lock me. I can watch a whole movie after smoking and stay awake easily or I can smoke it head straight to bed and sleep like a baby. I don't like my indica to destroy my ability to function and Blueberry fits the bill that for me.
Smell and taste have a lot to do with it. Also back when Blueberry was really big it was an 18% strain. Which at the time was considered highly potent. Anything over 15% was first class cannabis. All of the best Blueberry I have had smells and tastes just like blueberry in some form. Some leaned towards blueberry pastries or blueberry muffins while others leaned more towards just fruit and berries. The high is exceptional and left you in a really nice spot. It was real heady and functional unless you over indulged and then it was real narcotic and could put you right to sleep. It seems to breed very well too and passes on nice aroma, flavor and in the right situations color as well.

I'm concentrating on growing some sativa dominant autos for that reason. Body stone is nice for pain but head stone leaves me functional.

This is why I grow a bit of everything. I like the Sativas for any early daytime use. I like the hybrids for the early evening time if I need to medicate then.....and then I like the indicas for night time meds, and to me Blueberry is my favorite for a functional high.

I think CKS has them in reg seeds. I'll keep that little product review in mind. Sativa does good for anxiety too.

I have a friend, lots of anxiety issues and some depression issues and he absolutely loves the Durban Poison. Gets him off his prescriptions meds. I have 15 of those regular Blueberry's from CKS. I haven't tried them out yet. I will probably drop a bean or two in the next couple months as my Blueberry inventory gets low.

I did a ATF x Blueberry. Ms Stank dropped two beans of Harlequin last night to kick off the Stanks Perpetual and then I will be following those with 2 Stankberrys (ATF x Blueberry) to see how they run. Would be pretty cool if you could get your hands on some of those seeds as well!
Someone say stankberry??? Lol I couldn't resist the cks regs myself I've heard their BB is really nice, and closer to 19%

Yeah Stankberry will kick off my portion of the perpetual grow that was started last night. I figured it was only right to use a Stank Genetics strain to start the perpetual off.
I am looking forward to trying CKS's Blueberry. I am interested in comparing it to Seedsman. Eventually I will get and run one of DJ Shorts version.
