After 40 years of growing and 2 master degrees and one Phd, all in applied mathematics, micro economics and aviation, I still believe my first grow (enough for 3 measly joints) was my favorite and most exciting time of my life. It made me pay attention to what my plants needed. Light, air control, nutrients (that I didn't have back in the 70's) and climate are all pinnacle. I think I have enjoyed this grow like it was my first. Your attention to detail and your reactiveness to your plants is to be commended. They will produce a nice yield because science is great and your schedule is great. Keep it up, I am enjoying it.

OK, now I have to post my shot again of how we did it (or tried to do it) back in '75. Obviously we had a lot to learn, but so much was just not known back then...

Sci, my plant actually looked worse than that!!!!! That's awesome man.

Learning by doing! I think we were actually kind of proud of that plant. Like you said, when I finally got a plant to produce some useful material, it was just one big smile. ;)

By the way, the seed for that plant came out of a kilo of weed that came across the border in a station wagon driven by a Mexican grandmother. I can still see the cheap pink wrapping paper and the hundreds of seeds that came out in those pre-sinsemilla days.

If you had told me back then that in 40 years weed would be legal and you'd be able to mail-order specialized strains using a computer that sat in your living room, I wouldn't have believed any of it.

Impressed with how my LST has kept all my tops level. I just ordered 2 more 300watt lights so I should be good for this grow. That will make 5 lights total. I usually reset my LST bands on mondays of the new week so they do not become loose. Praying for big dense buds!! Have a good day everyone!! The sun comes out tomorrow .......

Bubbles is by far my favorite perfect little plant. My experiment. Once the first 2 leafs broke the seed I literally bent the stem in half. ( read a blog where it stunts the plants growth and makes it grow like a bush.) I have not had to do any LST on bubbles. She naturally grew like a bush. I just topped on day 16 and let it fly.

Have a good day. Stay ⬆️..

Looking good, Swishaa. Hey, if you have time, could you post a white light shot every now and again? The blurple is pretty and psychedelic and all, but it's hard for me to really appreciate the plant without the yellow and green... ;)
