Finally got a watt meter too. Plugged into eshine led panels and they are 260w each including fans. So these beautiful plants are grown with less than 500w of light! I hope it will be close to 1GPW ;-)

I am pretty sure my Purpling was caused by uvb as it was not in the middle where the most uvb is given when the light mover pauses at the ends. Left it on anyway and now middle leaves have turned darker than purple with brown spots. I think they have uv burn. So maybe there is such a thing as too much ;-). Have turned off uvb for now. Perhaps last three weeks would be better if you have full diverge close to plants like I do. If it is far away or you have to move them around manual then maybe all the time is fine. Could also be strain dependant. I expect my sativas are used to more uv...
Oh well need to experiment more.

Good news, O. Exciting to see the final result. I have a cheap, small 9w 196 LED panel that I tried and couldn't get to work. Not sure if I had it too close, too far, or had it instead of a better panel. Doesn't look like you're having any problem with the LED action.

These eshine units draw 260w including fans so they are fairly powerful. I expect them to replace my two 400w hps that drew 950w for the pair and still have Similiar yield with nearly half the power ;-) we will see.

Thinking of trying scrog next time too. What do you guys think?
Been doing fine without it, but it might make filling the canopy easier and faster...

Oh and for journal sake - cut down nutes for last week to 15ml per gallon.
Tomorrow they get pure water, then flushing solution after that. Never tried flushing soliton before.

My whole cabinet is juicing me out less than 300w with fans and lights. Gonna get worse, or better with my new hood though.

SCROG it, Aki. I'd like to see your tweaks on that! Or SIP - SOG it so I can see how you would do that before my next round. Hehe.

No sip for me sticking with hydro. No sog or me, don't want to have too many plants for increased legal risk. 3 plants scrog is easier on the legality than 30 sog

Sweet grow man! I have been growing out a DNA LA Chocolat that is the perfect sativa indy mix for over a year, taking cuttings as I go to keep her. Its a happy high and helps with pain during the day. She barely gets that color at the end I see in yours, and more stretch, but a great yield. 3 to 5 zips of a 3 1/2 foot plant topped once and vegged for 5 to 6 weeks, and that was under two Platinum P300's.
