Twelve12's Perpetual Grow

That is beautiful. I am going to make one to deal with the clones from my current grow. Got some winners and I am going to keep them going.:goodluck::popcorn::adore:

Thanks Smoke2Js. I'm really happy that it worked. Can't wait to see your designs. Still got an extra pump, I may make another one and flower them with it...

Congrats on the clones Twelve12, looks like your DIY works great! You have great looking plants, and great looking photos. Excellent attention to detail. I truly enjoy your journal and the effort you put into what you do - on all fronts. :bravo:

Looks like the Hammerhead is your perfect Scrog strain. :thumb:

Thank you, X! Loving the cloner, can't believed it took after 5th grow to realized its power! Working on getting better at growing and photography just happens, so I'm working on both now.

Yes, Hammerhead is bonified scrog machine. Pineapple Express has high temp tolerant, perfect for Summer grows. Both strains became my favorites for growing in those conditions. Hope they smoke great will find out in few weeks for PE, and a month later for HH. Haven't been smoking for a month now, so it will knock me out...thanks again for the kind words. Growing is a long wait, interaction with great members like yourself made this even more interactive and fun.

Update: Pineapple Express

Checked the trichome and discovered they are not ready yet. Still playing with the digital microscope, have not gotten the hang of it yet. Flushing nothing but water at the moment and will chop when few amber emerge. Also took some shots of them under 600w hps.

Can't wait. But I can. :thanks:

Woohoo roots!!
Those popped out fast theyve only been in there for like a week or less even right? Nice

Yes, 6 days for Hammerhead. Then today 4 more rooted. Estimated 100% root under 10 days. Cut, plug, and forget it. That's the aero mantra. :D

Ladies are looking very frosty brother how long have you been flushing?

Hey Crower! Started the flush four days ago, today I flushed again when the container felt light. The plant has begun taking stored energy from the leafs (evidence on the last pic). Checking for trichome again in few days. :D

So they just root with water no cloning solution and they dont dry out without a humidity dome? I didnt know aero was so simple

These are my specs for the cloner.

- ph water 5.8
- 10 gal water in 20 gal tote
- Water temp 72-75F
- 15mins on / 15mins off
- No spray heads
- No humidity done
- No misting
- No nutes
- No superthrive
- No cloning solution
- No problem. heh

Even if I were to turn the "No" into "Yes", it will still work based on the air to water ratio. 70/30 air/water.

At first reading up on this method of cloning I thought to myself it's going to be tough, looks intimidating. The process of putting this together I sums up the experience; if you can make scramble eggs you can put together an aero cloner. Put together one, you'll love it. It will require some investment upfront. The long term savings is tremendous. Not to mention stress free.

I run mine all day long and don't ph the water. My tap water is 7.5 and I run it in a 5 gal bucket. They root fast enough so I don't need to change the water, but I do clean it before putting new clones in.

Like you said man, it's the best thing you can put together for your garden, especially if you're growing limited numbers of seeds/genetics

FISHBONES!!!!:MoreNutes:

Craving for some sushi now, thanks! lol

isnt it crazy how fast those roots will grow in a day

Crazy indeed. I'm thinking of making another 24 site got an extra pump. Maybe do hybrid of aero/DWC to grow SOG. I wonder if the 2in neoporene is stable enough to hold them in place once the stem grew, afraid it might cave in due to its own weight...

Nothing beats a good aero cloner. I don't use anything in mine but straight water either. Congrats on the rooted babies.

Thank you. Off they go to 2L SOG new home.

they make little 2" net buckets you can set the discs in for more support if you want to go that route

VERY nice Twelve! +REPS!!!

FYI...My PE's seemed to go exactly 9 weeks, including the flush, indoors under 180W LED for flower. I was just reading a post by Propa who said his PE's, which I believe were growing in a SOG, were done at 49 days and he commented that he didn't notice them getting any better after that. Of course, the desired effect varies from person to person, but I think I'm gonna let mine go 9 weeks again, cuz' it was damn near perfect last time! :yummy:
