I think a lot of growers can move the lights closer. That's just an opinion. Every situation is unique. My 6 day old sprouts are under 200w at 45cm. They like it and grow fast! Come on folks let's see your veg plants! Here's some for ya

I have a Mars Hydro TS 10000 in the veg tent. I bought it when I joined. And in the Bloom Room I have a newer TS 1000, and two cheap shitty eBay lights.

I probably won’t change yet. But I did feel my veg has been slower this time round. They aren’t my best bees.

I started with a TS1000 and had great results. Maybe try keeping a fresh start inside only under 18 hrs of light. Keep as close to the light as the sprout is comfy with and feed, adjust as needed. Try once, see if you like it.

When more intense light, if they start looking bad, food is usually a better fix than moving away from light.

Good morning stinker :)

I struggle to find joy in growing when my plants look unhappy. I’d rather less yield and a healthy plant lol

No idea where this comes from. :ganjamon: The suggestion was to feed more if they looked hungry. With more light they want more food. lol

Actually reminds me of a story, a wardie was x1 with a shit dipped patient. I was cleaning, he was log rolling. Anyhoo he was hungover af, and legit said “hang on Tra, hang on..” raced to my side of the bed and turned and spewed in the bin that was beside me.

I dry wretched and lolled at the same time!
