I missed my usual Wednesday group pic. Grow moves were made yesterday. My veggers got an uppot, and will hopefully explode with new growth. They will get one more uppot before Flippity do dah.
OMG! I’m still fucking the perpetual up royally. My goal is 3 and 3 in each area. Two x 12:12 types and One x Auto. What I’ve got is four x 12:12 in the Bloom Room and two x 12:12 and two x autos in the Veg Tent. I can’t seem to find that sweet spot hard as I try.

Not only about growing but about myself. What I want. The kind of person I want to be. The kind of people I want in my life. It’s probably been one of my favourite years to live to be honest. I'm a nightshift tomorrow night, New Years Eve, and it's a shift that's hard to fill. I always put my hand up to do it because I've lived plenty of New Year celebrations. I like letting the kids on the ward go.
So on my ward we have approximately 35 permanent nurses. Of that 35 there are 4 I can not stand. A good ratio fo sho, considering not everyone likes everyone. So the roster girl must have found out I fucked husband coz I'm on with all 4 tomorrow night! ALL FUCKING FOUR!
Nurse 1 and Team Leader: could not organise a beer in a brewery.
Interests: Asking work related questions she should know the answers to. Doterra Oil. Her very advanced 3 year old son and the importance of breastfeeding.
Nurse 2: Self obsessed and delightfully depressed.
Interests: talking about tragedy that doesn’t involve her in order to be consoled and comforted, but never actually does anything to help the warzones/patients/animals who are suffering. Obsessing over things that dont matter. I literally told her to shut up on Wednesday because I could not take her nonsense for another second. She was twisted because I sat in "her" seat and was using "her" computer. Neither of which were true, it's a work chair and a work computer. No one was in the room and there were 3 other computers/chairs not being used. Shut the fuck up Karen.
Nurse 3: Boring as batshit. And I mean boring. I mean so boring you’d rather eat your own eyeball than listen to her monotone drone.
Interests: Talking about her much hated ex husband (who she divorced 8 years ago), her autistic adult children, one is gluten free, the other has a twist of Asperger’s, and the stress her "spastic" bladder causes her. She's all about oversharing the leakage. “God forbid I cough…”
Nurse 4: Morbidly obese, pain obsessed, work avoider
Interests: Talking about her high pain threshold, followed closely by talking about how much pain she's in, while spraying you with cookie crumbs, from snacks she NEVER brings in. Delegating her workload to others.
Like I’m still gonna go. But it’s defs gonna be a struggle.
I need to look at it like I’m saying goodbye to them in 2023 and not inviting them into my 2024 lol.
