I agree I think I’m fixiated on it right now cause last night was rough over did it the Sciatic nerve is very angry at me right now but a shower did help. That’s why I was asking about the yoga it’s supposed to be really good for sciaticaMy pain views, the more you focus on pain, the more you feel it. The more you feel it, the more your brain thinks you want to be alerted by it, so it focuses on every little ache and pain. Retrain your thinking would be my advice, not that you asked lol. You are waaaay too young to fall into the “I’m in sooooo muchhhhh painnnnnnn” rabbit hole.
