You do NOT need to worry about hermies, at this point and you're doing a great job!
Assuming it's summer time where you are, the days will be getting shorter and, when they get short enough, it will trigger the outside plant to go into flower. If your inside plant is 12/12, it will start flowering soon. Usually, I see my plants showing sex in less than a week of 12/12 but yours may just be taking a little longer.
Of course, if any are autos, they'll just flower when they're ready regardless of light cycle.
Unless the genetics are prone to hermie, the only way you'll hermie the plant with light stress is if you interrupt the dark period during flower so it doesn't get its constant 12 hours of continuous dark.

Maybe they are just like me. I was a late developer, omg have I got a story for you!!!
I was once a grubby 12 year old, desperately trying to be 16. Thick kohl eye liner, wearing skirts that were too short. But under that skirt I was like a 10 year old.
So this day the grubby crew I was hanging out with (who were all at that magical 16 -18 year old age bracket) were going to a swimming hole, and I was terrified they would find out I was underdeveloped because there would be no pube crinkle of hair outside my togs, how or why I mentally dreamed up this “crinkle” who knows?!
So I came up with this foolproof idea that I would take some hair from my hairbrush and stick it in my togs, so I would have the illusion of a womanly hair crinkle.
Went okay too until I swang (is that even a word?) out into the water on the Tarzan rope and it dislodged the approximately 45cm of the long bunched up brown human head hair I’d stuck down the front of my bikini bottom... Oh the good old days, thank fuck they are over LOL
It’s winter here, and yes short days. Do you have your short days in summer? We are opposite long days in summer, short days in winter.
I swear to the God of green, I have not interrupted their night, not once since Pokeatsleeptimeagate. I have no control over Kate (female clone)who is outside, her dark time is approx 90 minutes longer.
I have had a good look at the ones inside. Twiggy is a female clone too, and as the pictures show, she has the exact looking growth developing. The herm I chopped had the same tiny almost flower looking growths. Looks almost orchidy to me.
They have these light green starfish things on top, but there are still no white hairs coming out of them.
