I've been letting my veg room run a bit hot lately and have noticed how much they seemed to like it.
:thumb:

There were a few days that had me nervous with temps tipping into the 90's while I was away at work. Come home to them praying.... I've been keeping it between 80-85° now.

My place needs better insulation and Windows. If the wind changes direction it can get 10° colder in that closet. I'm thinking of lining the closet with some foam insulation. Maybe put some plastic on my leaky window.
I think with leds the plants really like it at a slightly higher temp. Seems like mine don't like anything under 75°.

Neat. I never have good ideas.
I can't run the furnace like I did last night. My dog looked like he was going to melt and I can't sleep nude on top of my sheets. What if one of my kids has a nightmare?
They'll come in and one nightmare will turn into two.

maybe try some of that bubble wrap insulation i use in my spaces.
easy to install. will give you a bit more space than foam board.

use it in a space with uninsulated walls but back it with a small heater. heater runs intermittent. space stays between 21 - 24 c.

Lol. I was just looking at different heaters. I like the smaller 700watt oil filled ones. Some of the newer panel heaters are kinda neat too.
I just need something small and super safe. Definitely nothing with an exposed element.

la di da ... fancy oil filled heater ..... muttering jealously..... :cheesygrinsmiley:
do the oil filled if you can swing it. they keep the temps way more stable.

i had the one i use already and went cheap
 
Is it just for the closet?

Some 1-2" foam insulation could cost as much as a heater.but could also keep heat out in the summer if that's an issue

Those little ceramic heaters are great,cheap, safe and good
Just be sure it's adjustable enough so yer tent/closet isn't 100f

I hear there is something they're calling underwear which apparently can be turned into overwear with a bit of finagling.

Hope you are having a wonderful day in paradise.
I'll keep a closer eye on that cheese from now on. I've had bad luck with cheese plants. Gotta get at least one to harvest.
