In a nutshell it’s a form of mainlining where the plant is topped at the 4th node. 1st and 2nd node are removed leaving only 3rd and 4th nodes. Those branches are trained outward while maintaining an even canopy. Defoliation is a major part of this method as well. I’ll post a series of photos from my last grow below.

So is the plant you grew an indica? The training helps keep things low and keeps the canopy height even allowing the plants resources to evenly distribute to the whole plant.

The Blue Dreams I grew are from 420. They are Sativa dominant but the ones from that breeder have many of the growth traits of an Indica.

This G13 Haze should definitely be more like a Sativa. Could turn out disastrous but hopefully with the wealth of knowledge of the growers in this thread already, we can make it a success. Gotta love this place!

Hey hey afternoon mr.Mags how are ya doing. Nice work on doing a recap on how to #quad as it was from watching you all of you quadders that I learnt so thanks once again.....
I just remembered I've got some G13xBruce Banner f2s which I ordered from a private breeder after she kindly sent me a care package tosample of the smokeable and it hit the spot perfectly and I was sitting here saying hi to everyone thinking bout dropping 2 strains and you solved 1 of them....

Having a great weekend so far. I have my kiddos this weekend so that’s always awesome! I’ll drop a little update later on. It’s a seedling, but she’s growing fast already.

Lookn good bro that last quadline u did was the tits man congrats. Im so subbed for this one. I wana do a sog one of these days n do like 30 to 40 in 2litter bottles like pennywise is doin on here. That wud be alot of trimming tho lol. I did a mainline grow once but i got spider mite damage in the garden really bad so yield wasnt greatest but it was some great bud and a fun time to grow gud luck with urs.

Thanks so much Blazin! I had a lot of fun with that last grow. I’m excited to watch PW’s Pheno hunt myself. I would never be able to do that unless we have some legal changes around these parts!
