Tomula's Living Organics In Soil With Olla Irrigation Perpetual Indoor Garden

Great plant training Tomula!!

Thank you Dutchess, I do my best and she is thick I had to pinch the stems quite a lot to do that. I wish I had more light for the olla as she would be humongous by now. She still has a week or two though :) Cheers! :cheer: :thanks:

That vegging girl looks fantastic :)

Thanks Spart, I'm really impressed how is the olla performing so far. Hard to train but that is gonna teach me thing or two. Your girls are looking mighty too, under that net and everywhere! Good luck! :bravo:

If I was in that movie honey I shrunk the kids and I got hit by that laser that made me miniature I think I would want to be stuck in that beautiful jungle of a plant lol

Looking good there

Haha, I got spider there man! Be careful what you wish for! Thanks for the interest in my girls, appreciated! Happy gardening! :circle-of-love:

Thank you all guys for your inputs, it helps a lot with my gardening. Shall the grass be greener on you side! :Namaste:

Hey Tomula.. just saw you have an issue with PM/mold. There's a good cure that's totally 100% natural and it works. Sometimes I get it too the spores are everywhere here where I live so it's part of the round ball nothing to do really except control it.

Best control is LOTS of air movement - fans fans fans...

The one other thing I do is make a Horsetail Fern tea. Look up Horsetail fern.. it's been a medicinal plant for almost as long as Cannabis.

You can purchase horsetail fern from Amazon... I'm sure they have it in Europe. It's too early to harvest outside yet... it will be ready outdoors when stinging nettles are ready for first cut. It grows in very very wet conditions like at the edge of a river or pond.

Make a tea with the horsetail and spray when lights are on.. dilute with water say 1/4 liter (1 cup) of the tea to 4 liters (1 gal) water and spray all the plants floor walls everything that would have spores on it.

Also for PM/Mold all you need to do to kill it is change the PH of water for spray just a little bit.... that will kill the mold but it will come back which I why I use Horsetail Fern tea... that gets rid of it until next time.

The buds that have it... that you harvested, cut out the moldy part and put in garbage, spray the rest of the branch with diluted H2o2 peroxide.. that will kill the mold on contact ... there's a lot more you can't see with your naked eye...

It's mostly harmless to healthy humans.. it's a problem when folks that are not well (cold or flu) or have a compromised immune system, that's when it can be a problem for health.

I would bet all cannabis has some on it... healthy plants and some cultivars have a natural defense against it, some strains are prone to get it more than others.

So RH over 50% after lights out and/or not enough air circulation are major factors. Trim up the btm branches ... I'm guilty of not doing that and get PM from time to time... I just threw a plant away that had it. I shouldn't have let the plant go without treating it early on but I got lazy.

There are other treatments also that work ... I like the ones that actually help the plants grow. horsetail fern is one... it's extremely high in Silica which is GREAT for healthy plants and humans. It leaves no smell or taste... can be sprayed the day of harvest.

:goodjob:nice work,i love one in your last pics:cheer:
So new update. I got mold on one bud, the airflow in the tent is bad with that many flowers. I cut the branch, not quite ready, still needs like week minimum. The rest looks great though. The room needs the floor so much, in two months there will be new one. So pause after the small Shark is needed. She grows mighty thick. I had to supercrop her, the stem can be pinched easily but the leaves are hard as rock, haha.
Well too bad with the buds but that's life with a wet place to grow in. The first Herer started to foxtail and is getting thick. The Blue Dream is just chilling and not doing much I think the light is too high now. New lights in April, yay! Here are some photos for you! Enjoy!

First the mold :( and the untouched part of the bud. Have to say the Shark is mighty in trichs:

Thank you bob I will try that for sure, I got RH up and the spores are everywhere for sure I'll look for it. No way I could get fresh now but I bet you can use it dehydrated right? And tea like I do in my bucket or tea with hot water? Can I incorporate it in my bud washing I'll be doing? Cheers man good info right here! :thanks:  :Namaste:

Tomula it looks like your plants are right under the LED's?? Whats the standard distance??? Im not sure if Id rather have heat issues or mold issues. They both suck! No mold indoors yet but did last year in the yard. Inside heat issues July-Sept. and shuttin down then. Great Day Tomula!!

So I was checking on the girls today and I've decided that the BD has all trichs cloudy and I need the extra space because of the mold. So harvest tomorrow and the Shark is going on Sunday! Herers are flowering beautifully. The veg closet is doing great will let her grow more up and then spread her some. I will be washing the buds in few buckets. :thanks:

Congrats on the fine harvest! Those wash buckets will make quick work of the mold. The buds look fine. Love what you are doing with your little Olla Shark. :)

So the harvest is done and I expect about 65-75g from the BD. She could have gone for a week more. Trichs are 90% cloudy, good stuff, given that she is indica and I need more place in the tent and less wet soil and higher temps. I utilized unused egg paper carriers, those things will help me dry the buds. I was thinking about paper bags, but those were just lying around. Stacked it nicely with gaps for air and each of the plates is gonna be easy to rotate for even drying. The tall Herer is getting heavy and I flattened her some, putting the buds everywhere and lowered the light for the Shark. The second Herer is gonna get trimming and spreading after the Shark swims away :)

Too many popcorn buds, my bad.

I love the egg crates. You could set up at farmers market with those. Someday...

Haha, that would be awesome :) But I got great jars ready for them. Less trim this time as she is pretty frosty. Thanks. :Namaste:

How long do you think the trichromes still mature for after the plant is cut?

No idea, I will take a peek on Sunday! Thank you. :cheer:  :Namaste:
