Tom Smith's First Indoor Grow With Autos 2017

Looks good to me as well. I rarely get worried about humidity - primarily because I can't control it in the garage anyway. These plants are extremely resilient and yours look fine, so I wouldn't worry about changing much.:Namaste:
Thanks for the input, i agree i think i will leave the light on 18/6, i have good airflow in my tent so im hoping i will be ok.✌

Tom- I was having the same issue , and almost let it go but I kept reading and researching ..... 80% is too high I feel - the girls loook fantastic! But soon they will be swelling and the uptake of nutes can be slowed down with humidity as well as a host of other variables .

I would cry if you got bud rot at the end of your journal buddy ! I couldn't sleep a few nights thinking about my own humidity lol

And also you meant de- humidifier or humidifier running? it's pretty important
Yea its a dehumidifier, its built in to my heat and ac unit, it is in the room my tent is in, which is 10by8 room. It has been pulling alot of moisture out of the air, over 2-gallon a day. I am going to check that link out you sent me and see what i can do to bring it down some more. I seen someone on here post a small dehumidifier that they put in their tent, they only gave $21 for it on amazon, wonder if they work, it looked really small from the pic.✌

I've tried those cheap ones. None really seemed to work for me! My only luck was buying a descent sized dehumidifier. Get one with drain hose if you got the luxury of a drain of some sort.stop you from steady dumping water.During this time of year my humidity jumps majorly and my dehumidifier will bring it down in a 8/10 room and My grow tent is 4/4

Thanks for the info, im going to start looking for a good one, i think the old house i am growing in may have alot to do with the problem, it was my grandparents house, its really old.✌

I found a really good 30 pint one on Craigslist for $30 - the good ones run like $200 new
Yea im gonna have to get one, i figured the one on my stand up ac/heater would do the job but even though it has been taking over 2-gallon of moisture a day out of the air my humidity is still running pretty high. Oh well i will see if i can get another one asap. I think i may work on upgrading my grow house a little in the near future, put some newer style windows would probably help alot to keep moisture out.✌

I'm lucky with the humidity, I live in one of the desert cities of SoCal. My humidity sits at 35-45 with very little effort from me. I run my exhaust full bore during lights on and at lights out I cut to half power. I'm lucky this is one area I don't need to worry much, but... we are coming into summer and it gets mutha F#@%!N hot where I live. I may struggle with temps over the summer.

No sure about the switch. Can't see it being a problem. You can switch from 24-7 to 18/6 when you want without any real harm.
Where do you put dehumidifier when it's running. Directly in grow room or where it's drawing air from
It is directly in grow room beside of tent, it is one of the stand up with ac, heat, and dehumidifier and it has ducking that vents outside. It is a bigger unit and it pulls over 2-gallon of moisture out of the air daily but i am still having high humidity. The old house i grow in could be part of my problem also, it has really old style windows that probably lets some moist in. It has been raining alot outside and that don't help either. It is supposed to clear u and quit raining so maybe that will help also, it has had me worried to death. ✌

Day 41, everything is going ok for now seems like, done a light defo on one of the ww to open a few bud sites up a little better. Here are some pics, first three pics is of the ww i done the light defo on, the rest of pics is the other girls.✌

My bb photos under the 1000w hps seem to be doing pretty good also, i took a few pics and figured i would post them. I done a little LST on a couple of them, if everything goes good i believe they will yield pretty good, i love how vigorous they grow, i still have a few more bb seeds i may make a mother out of one if i like the smoke. ✌
