Tok Decides To Drop Alien Moon Rock And Black Jack In Some Soil

A little behind on this one also.

Alien Moon Rock (AMR) is a little small at this time but I expect her to start picking up soon. She requires no special treatment and IMO a very easy grow. She is bushing out but still fairly low compared to all the others. She is healthy and has a nice color of green. More to come soon on this one, she is also in transition/flowering stage.

Now the Blackjack is another story. She is bushing up nicely in the SIP container and like all the others is also in transition/flowering stage. if you have not notice I aloud 7 days for transitioning periods between seedling and veg, and veg and flowering. Not all plants transition this fast; some may take 10 days to 14 days to transit of veg to flower.

Update time somewhat.

Alien Moon Rock is the smallest of the two, but she has a nice color to her and I should get some decent flower from her also.
Blackjack is another story; she is getting big and spreading out nicely. Both ladies need some defoliation to open them up for better circulation and light penetration. Next week I may be changing her nutrient line to something else, I am about empty on @Remo Nutrients.

I apologize for the poor update.

Good afternoon 420 Magazine

Time for an update on Alien Moon Rocks and Blackjack.

Alien Moon Rocks (AMR) and Blackjack is budding up nicely she is now on day 20 of 12/12 or day 13 flowering stage. So the good part is about to begin budding. I found both of these strains rather easy to grow with minimal attention. I would say they are currently being fed moderately in the 700 -850 ppm range. It will be a couple more weeks before I do another bump in the nutrient level if needed. For the time being I am just sitting back and watching the flowers grow.

Wow, those are some happy ladies! Fantastic grow!

Thank you for stopping by and your kind words @Scottay and @g-one-three

Alien Moon Rock is the smallest plant in my 4x4 but is she budding up nicely. I have often wonder about this strain and finally got a chance to grow it; my thanks go out to @Original Sensible Seeds for the opportunity.

Blackjack is shaping up the way I thought she would. She should give me at least 8 oz and probably more like 10 - 12 oz. I shell see in about another month or so.

Stay safe and grow well my friends,

Good morning 420 Magazine.

Time for an quick update.

Alien Moon Rocks and Blackjack is really opening up the bud sites. They both are currently at day 30 of 12/12 day 23 flowering stage. Still using up @Blue Planet Nutrients and the last of @Remo Nutrients . So far no problem with using old nutrient lines. I am slowly using up nutrients I have had for a couple years, because I did not want to waste them by dumping them out and killing my grass. I watch my ppm's very closely when I use old nutrient so they don't have an adverse effect on my ladies.

Thank you for stopping by and your kind words @Waywardwayne .

When I grow in soil I like to grow between 4 to 6 different strain that I have not tried but have the seeds. So, when I do soil I like to bring out the bad boys. Between my three journals I am growing Alien Moon Rocks, Amnesia, Blackjack, Blueberry, and a couple F1 auto's Medusa and Titan.

After I finish up this grow I will be doing a DWC Green Crack under a 4x4 scrog net.
Oh ya, Green Crack is one of my favorite strains along with Amnesia.

Time to do a catch up update.

Alien Moon Rocks is in for bud stage and coming along nicely. Currently AMR's and Blackjack are both about day 41 of 12/12 and day 34 flowering stage. Blackjack is being a little fussy, so I upped her feed ppm's with a boost of cal-mag, I should see results in a few day's.

Things are definitely coming along nicely over there Tok! AMR looks like the buds are chunky and fat.

Thank you for stopping by @Waywardwayne

She is developing nicely with some bugs/nugs are forming some nice cola's on all of the stems. She probably about half way through flowering stage but I would need to check to make sure. I find her a very easy plant to grow requiring no real special attention. This would probably be a good plant for a SOG (Sea of Green), but I would not recommend it for a Scrog (Screen of Green) grow. Mainly because of the bud formation is not inducive to spreading out across the net IMHO.

Depending on how good the smoke is, will determine, if I will grow her again next year. I have so many seeds I believe I may never need to buy seeds again. Time will tell.

I just realized I haven't updated this one recently. Both are about 51 days of 12/12 and about 44 days in flowering stage.

Both Alien Moon Rocks and Blackjack are looking good and moving right along with no real issues.
AMR kind of surprised me; @Royal Queen Seeds did a nice job creating this strain. She easy to grow requiring no special attention.

Blackjack
I found it to be easy to grow, but she does like a little stronger nutrient solution of around 800 - 900 ppm's Since It is a SIP grow it is showing sighs of with lighter leaves Which I will feed a little cal-mag on the surface to correct that.
