Excellent haul Tok. It may seem like you are talking to yourself but I’m always lurking the journals and appreciate what you share. You have some of the more outstanding grows both here and with the green goddess.
I am curious, how long do you keep the mycelium at 48F? Maybe that’s why mine always takes so long to get going, I keep it too warm.
PSA I indulged in some shrooms last night and ended up falling down the stairs from the top. I’m pretty robust but it was a solid fall. Luck saved me from injury nothing more. As I was falling all I could think was “how did that happen”. My point in sharing is to say… be careful while enjoying yourself especially if you are not sober.

I would like to grow gourmet mushroom for a side business. That may be part of my next diary, definitely something to think about.
I’ve been interested as well especially after the lions mane came from the grow journal prize. For personal consumption not sale though. I know if you have the space you can do it if anyone can, your green thumb/mushroom thumb
