I was wondering how I missed this journal for so long and then saw you don't have a link in your signature, so I don't feel too bad about being late!

I've done a lot of LST with the PE's and they love it, but as a "heads up", the pheno of PE I'm growing has VERY little stretch. She doesn't even double in size during the first three weeks of flower, so I do find I have to veg her a little longer to get the same size plants.

I'm in for the rest of the ride!

Thats really nice to know about PE. For some reason, I really don't expect the PE to really stretch as much as the others... Like the haze or the G'spoon.... But you have me thinking along some new lines.. Maybe I'll veg the PE and KC plants while I have the Church, Dr.G and haze starting to flower... Hm.... I don't know. This is getting a little messy!

Speaking of messy, when I do the "pollen donors"... They wont be in my closet. They will be going out back... That way I do not risk getting Colloidal Silver on anything else... Or pollen getting on other things either.


EDIT!: I put the four commercial girls outside, gave them some water and seakelp... Now they are enjoying some sun, light winds, and off and on drizzling. and in bigger news, one of the Kauai Electric seeds have popped up. And the WoS auto (NLxBB) just popped its head above the soil too. Exciting times

Your the only other iv seen grow Arjans strawberry haze and boy she looks familiar, not the best smoke but she will grow a strong plant and is very forgiving, was my second bash at hydro and she grew massive i couldn't believe it, she filled a 1.2m2 screen wall to wall and here trunk was like a base ball bat i hope you have some head room! There was some pictures in my album but since the upload crash last week every time i upload the pictures are there then after leaving and returning there all gone.... ?

Exclusive strains being air and no admission, sounds like a cool island you live on, great job so far brother!

Cool, nice to hear about your ASH! Yea, thats what I have heard, that shes on the tall side without large sidebranching. Good to know shes consistent! Unfortunately, your the second out of three to say its nothing that special in terms of meds... But as long as she works I'll be happy!

LOL! I used to know someone from the islands. If she said she was 20min out, I knew to wait 45 minutes for her. If she said, "I'll be there at 11," we all knew to give her till noon. Once we got used to this, we started telling her that whatever gathering we were having started an hour earlier than it was actually starting just so we'd get going on time. So I know all about Hawaiian Time... We all found it quite comical, really.

"Oh crap, 'Phe' is coming? What time did you tell her to be here?"
"I told her seven."
"*WHEW*! We won't miss the opening act then."

Hell, she was even habitually late to work, too. 15min every day. They EVEN GAVE HER LEEWAY because they knew she was from Hawaii!

Today was a really great day. I've been blessed to have a short list of very exceptional people that I call friends..

If any of you are settler's from OMM's completed journal, as much as he credits me in assisting in his grows... None of what you see in this thread would be possible without him. He's rescued me from greedy dealers and given me medicine for a lifetime. Honestly I don't know a single person worth their salt like him. That goes well beyond the grow-room too. It's an honor to call you a friend sir. Even more so that you would say the same of me.

Whoa, I'm under the scrutiny of some big names here! Pressure is on now!

We will have pictures tonight. The plants really just look phenomenal right now. The goal today is to wash the little green pot I had a Kauai Electric in... Fill her back up with soil, then take the weird oddball growth off the Kauai High and put it in my back yard to be forgotten for a few days... This should work to see male or female right? I don't have to root it properly first? Its a worthless little growth, I don't expect to harvest it.. I just wana know if I should waste my indoor space... If its a male ill stick the whole dang thing out back and collect pollen then pitch it. If its a female I think it will yield very well... I'm going to be stepping up its silica feedings, still very bendy, even in the main stalk.

EXTRA NOTE, Kauai High seems to recover from FIM'in quickly. The topping is taking a bit longer to see anything... But I did hack the crap out of her. Over two inches had to come off..
And get this.. the bottom four sets of side branches are all at LEAST 8" from the stem... This plant is twice as wide as it is tall. And it was like that before topping. Before that she was only just hitting 9"... I topped her to 7", if I hadn't said so earlier.

Well, obviously I didn't get around to taking the cutting and all..had an interesting day though. A bit worried about the Haze, the leaves are curling a bit. Maybe it was effected by the over watering... Just as the others are fully recovered!.. By the way, I defoliated the KH a bit. Just large fan leaves.

Hey y'all! I made some tough decisions about the grow... But we gotta ask the OMM something, would you possibly be able to put another Kauai Electric in a corner? I'll bring her in a regular kind of pot... I'll take her back once my shits together.. If thats cool. You know I have more, so if it ends up impressing the hell out of you you can keep em'.

Gonna be potting the Kona Coffee #1,2,and 3 into a 11 gallon airpot. Not filling her all the way up.. I figure a little past half way. I've got a neat little idea to fill the airpots... Gonna fill the holes/ sides with that jiffy seeding stuff, since there isn't any peralite. The rest will be FFOF. Gonna start this with a 2 Liter and just if it makes a difference... I think it will, the peralite sometimes clogs them in funky ways.

The PE took off ladies, gentlemen, reptiles, letters raised to powers, and those who increase velocity... What a beautiful plant. The Church has the most noticeable root growth... Already out the bottom. She just drinks up the water too.. Been going by the "when the pot is light" method.. Just watered her with a heavy feeding of silica blast and a tbsp of organic kelp... For the 2L pots we rock them with a liter of filtered water each watering.

I left the bulk of the plants under the LED, its pretty overcast today.Only ones out are the Kauai High.. And the Church is outside, along with the vintage... The vintage is to get some smoke fast and see how hostile my environment is outdoors.

If I'm feeling well enough at the end of my "thingstodolist" I'll upload pictures. Until then.. peace out y'all!

We've got Thai, Sweet, Genovese, and lettuce leaf basils... Picked up a few more goodies: a variety of radish, a type of melon, catnip, and a variety of papaya's that UH developed... Its stamped "Low bearing, X-77"

As a matter of fact I have space open for another Electric. The Blue Mystic didn't make it through the transplant. If you ever want any perlite I have bags of it.
The PE and Church sounds good. Hell, they all sound good.

Oh, man, big grats there!! Thai Basil is the queen of all basil. Deep purple and hot on the basil smell. I absolutely love Thai basil. Love it so much, I actually had an entire row in my greenhouse dedicated to the stuff. mmm... love that spicy Thai...
