THsea Grows Indoors Soil

Hey guys!

Just repotted the Vintage 2006 to a 1 gallon... Not much root development there either. Strange! But it does have it. Gonna take the new cutting for the ASHaze soon. Going to the store later to get locks for the fencing... Right now its not so easy to access... Even for me.

testSoG looks like its working :) Exciting! Might see if they have SuperThrive in stock again too, that would help my success rate... Already changed out the KC#2 that didn't take... The test run is small scale, and neither this or the big scale one will be a "perpetual".. It will be for one nice harvest. test run will have 12 tops... And if it works all the way through, it will be 72 in big run. I've decided the name too, SASoG.

Probably won't show it until after its done, but I want to build the excitement! :) I'll take pic's of the test and keep dates... And it will be a big post after the harvest, and while the 72 is starting. So expect something exciting in two or so months :)

You know it buddy! :high-five: I just turned the light back on after a little dark period for the girls... Finished repotting everything but the Kauai high.. Which will go in a 2 liter airpot either tonight or tomorrow... Ran out of soil earlier today. So I got some Organic Black Gold, since it was on sale... Plus the lock, now my fence is really secure! :) Good times!

BTW... The bong is one of the Royal bongs that our sponsor SmokeTower.ca carries. My father ordered it for me for my b-day! :) Way cool, cheap and VERY nice quality glass on glass bong. Been using it since the vape is busted.. I told Smoke Tower I would do a review, but a bunch of stuff got in the way and now I'm just remembering... LOL.. I'll be cleaning it up really nice after harvest... And make a review in the product review section.. I was raelly impressed, he worked with me to get it ordered, and it got to Hawaii very quickly. My only gripe would be they do not offer diffuser downstems, but it wouldn't lower my rating for them much! I can easily pick it up at a headshop here... However its the cheapest of this style I've ever found (I dislike the look of most bongs, LOVE this one).. The company I first saw it with was G-spot, they called their model 'the hangover'.. But that was ~$200... I can spend that on a vape and feel okay, but not glass-ware. $100 is where I'll top out there... Once I get the downstem, (maybe an ash catcher too) thats about what this one will have cost me... Including shipping! :)
They sent me a nice little pipe that I've been using as a hash pipe some... Extra screens... Very satisfied with their service and prices... Seriously, on island you can get kind of generic glass on glass (harder to find though) but it wont have the design variety and will be at least $150 (without diffuser) at the size this baby is... The cost of paradise, :rolleyes3
 
Hey yall.. Just set everything back up in the closet... Wow, I love this light! I might not put my plants in the window anymore... the indoor ones... Pain in the ass to move them every day... With a little modification I could set up a nice GLR.. closing the closet off to light, etc... Man... I might do that. It would be pretty sweet.

Hey Queen! I think I've got an idea for air circulation if your closet is deep... I'll PM you. I didn't describe it well earlier, when talking to OMM.. :) hope everyone is doing well tonight! Peace!

Once the camera comes back... I'll go ahead and show you guys the SASoG. To excited to keep it in the dark! (and I'd have to make sure it wasn't in any of the indoor pictures... So what I'm lazy, wanna fight about it? ;))..
SASoG= Single Air-pot Sea of Green... :) OMM liked this better than my other SoG idea, which involved a lot of grafting... I hate to admit it, but I think this is a better idea too. We shall see!

The outdoor girls look great... Might update with pics of those too. The PE is looking like OMM's girls look now!! Trich's coming in, pistils in all directions... Beautiful!!! Not so crazy about its early flowering smell... In veg it smelled nicer. I bet it will change drastically in the next week though, back to a more fruity aroma. The Church has been left in the dust by PE! Both PE and Vintage are speed demons when it comes to flower.

Next time you come over.....I think we will put in a small AC. Bring you gloves! Then I can burn both lights. :thumb:

So yea... The test run is 12 cuttings of Kona Coffee.. 6 #1 and 6 #2. The #1's are identified by tape above the cutting on the pot. This is in one 2 liter airpot... Next one will be a bit more sophisticated, its definitely a better seen than described thing. Hope you all liked the show!:thanks:

Thanks! I've always liked the SoG, but really dislike how wasteful the whole growing seems to be... So I'm recycling my soil for a backyard garden. Plus the next stage of this will be 72 cuttings using about 10 gallons of soil. Only one small (but I think significant) addition is made to the 10 gal. :) But still, it comes out to less than a liter of soil per cutting.

The mini version I'm doing now (so 2liters) is what I intend to use for breeding in this game too. I'll put the father in the pot normally, and the mom's wanted pollinated around him in the mini-SASoG manner. Gotta make "mini" tents for them or something. That will be a few months from now though.

Yea! I saw all the holes, and all the crazy cuttings people do... :) I bet doing hempy or coco you could fill more rows and support even more cuttings... But 72 sounds good to me. Don't wanna be greedy, I just smoke a lot.

We're both right on track! Its going to be awesome, I know you've probably been "set" with smoke at times in your life... But this will be a first for me!!! :) Cant wait to have some jars in a drawer over here!
BTW, you should enter your "shorty" plant for PoTM! :thumb: I'll be entering my PE if she develops enough before the 15th.

:) Can't thank you enough for saying the Pineapple Express was a good choice... I really couldn't be happier with that girl!! Its already smelling a bit sweeter today even.. So, you would have taken off the fan leaves? I was wondering if I should... Thanks! OMM is a firm believer in defoliating. I trust him on it! I've done it some on both the PE and The Church.. Guess I'll do more tomorrow. Gotta water them again tomorrow... Ridiculous how fast these girls are drinking... Gonna run outta my Kelp stuff, and don't know if I can spring for more... Might just be molasses and water in a little bit!
