THsea Grows Indoors Soil

Hey guys! Just checking in... I repotted the Kona Coffee's that will be used to make seeds.. Two #1's, one #2 and one #3. All in an extended 1gallon airpot... Watered the hell out of my flowering girls today. Not sure if the new KC#3 cutting will root... But I may throw her mom outside anyway. I moved the indoor CFL's a bit... Organizing a bit different. If I ever get a job the closet will be all LED's... :)

As the outdoor design is thought of more, I realize all that is possible with it... This will be fun. :) And much less work than indoors for flowering methinks... I'm also thinking if once the HID in the closet is replaced... Moving the HID outdoor for the option of vegging outdoor (GLR is what I'm thinking...).. But I'd really have to look into how to protect it (and close off light at night!). That wont be for a year at least.

Noticing a little more bug activity... Within the next two weeks I'll buckle down and get a thing of Azamax... Other than that all is fine. Might need to pick up more soil soon.. Pretty happy with this Menehune Magic stuff so far. I think it drains better than FFOF. I never mind when I do have to spend money on the grow... It's gonna save me so much more in the long run.

OMM, I'll bring some of my crazy new idea's with me tomorrow... Yes, more than one! ;)

Neither of us are using that runner! I think I installed it once to try, but it didn't let me post? Weird stuff. Looks like we have one person on the case! :)

Okay everyone... The Church is almost 3 feet tall! woohoo! The others are a little under 2.5 feet. They are catching a little rain right now :)

Think I'll put KC#3 outside after I defoliate The Church... Should give her time to recover from the repotting disaster.
Gotta get a move on and take care of my vegging girls before I leave today... Have a good one everyone!
 
So... Ive got the 400watt up and going... Wow! One hell of a light! All but one cutting are loving it!

The light is intense. With a fan on its temps are fine. The original kona coffee plants look amazing after 6 hours under her.
Its a bit much... Ill run it at night... So about 7 or so hours a day.
 
Hey everyone... Sorry about not picture updating in a while. Probably won't do it until wednesday... Got most of the outside thing built. Ugly as sin, but makes the girls harder to access.

The closet is still fine. The 400 watt is doing its magic. Seems like all I do is water plants all the times anymore... ;)

Flowering gal's get water tomorrow. If I can catch the camera before it leaves I'll do some shots in the morning.. Just the flowering ones though. The Haze is the only one kind of lagging behind. It looks like the little cutting in the Haze pot is rooted too... Good times!

I really want to take another cutting of KC#1, then I can send her out to flower... I'm pretty sure I have taken for the #2 and 3... I was going to throw #3 out... But theres no sense, it wouldn't yield enough as she is now... the 1 and 2 however... It will be a cluster of madness, but it should yield decent. I can always tie the branches .. I also keep forgetting to take a cutting of the ASHaze.... blah... So much to do!

Hey guys! :) Had a good day, my girls didn't have their doting dad around today... Went to the OMM Farm. His girls are really kicking into gear! :) Way cool.

Got a few more "useless seeds!" ;) Three to be exact... The gal's be "Blue Mammoth" from barney's farm, "La Diva" from Delicious Seeds, and "Afgan Kush Ryder" from World of Seeds!.. So I've got four auto's to play with! Honestly, the only one I might seed is the Afgan Kush... But the others are okay to sprout :) I've got a few extra 2 liter airpots.. Haha!

Only going to start one. It's gonna be the Blue Mammoth, looks like a big healthy seed too. It says it yields the most of the four, takes about ten days longer. It will be a great test of this new soil I've just switched to. I'll do the same as I did for the C+auto, half the life inside then finish outside. I might wait to flower the KC1and2... They are getting a bit out of hand, but they are bushy as a mofo... Hey OMM, maybe I'll count up her tops... Maybe she can power the crazy new SoG idea :) I've got counting to do tonight!

We will try to do pictures tomorrow my friends... They will be up early if they are to be up (remember, I'm in Hawaii!)..

I still kind of like autoflowering plants. They are fascinating... Well, goodnight everyone!

Hey Queeny! Nice of you to say that... Yea, OMM is good people. If everyone had the same sense of decency he has... The world would be a much "kind"-er place. ;)...

Anywho... Man, I'm really not sure what to do!!! Start the Blue Mammoth Auto? Or take a bunch of cuttings off the KC1 and 2... Hm...
Well OMM... I'mma fill a 2 liter airpot and try to decide wither to do a test run of the "strange" sog idea... Or start the auto... :) I don't wana do both.... hm...

You know.... I guess I could use an 11 gallon and put ALL the auto's and cuttings in one sucker!

Just kidding, I'd have to go pick up two bags of soil just to fill one! I've got about half a cubic foot of soil left... :) But we will see how this Menehune Magic stuff goes... Still didn't repot the original cuttings... Blah.

Woke up early today and crashed like you wouldn't believe this afternoon... Guess I'll get busy with the repotting tonight.

:) Always nice to have you in here my good sir! I am worried about perhaps a little mold on the PE... Not so much for the Church (which is supposed to be pretty resistant).. It rains frequently here... However, we're getting into our summer season in Hawaii... The days are at their longest.. Still only about 13-14 hours of day light.. :)

Hopefully the sun and gentle aloha breeze will fill the gap for my inexperience and render PE kind as yours look! I think you will like the new SoG idea I came up with... Gonna start it tonight, just talked to OMM about it.. EDIT:... gonna call it something else, more descriptive so will just say testSoG... No pic's of that until I see some measure of success.

It might be Kauai Electrified in the future... But no charge to the fence... It's just sharp and awkward. You can easily lose an eye or get scrapped up in it. It doesn't make noise in the wind, but if someone were to manipulate it... It can be heard through most of the house. There is no way to get in without causing a ruckus.

Furthest left is Vintage 2006 (in the small pot)
Kona Coffee #2 is in the gel cube beside it... Then working clockwise, the KC cuts to make seeds (in the 1 gallon airpot)... Kauai Electric, the small one beside it is Kona Coffee #3. The big lug next over is the KC# 1 and 2 (in the same 3 gallon smart pot)... Then Kauai High, Dr.Grinspoon, and last but not least... You can see a little bit of the Kona Coffee#3's top.

Just a quick update... The outdoor stuff is doing fine. Enjoyed a really good watering yesterday... Going to take a cutting off the ASHaze today.. Man!! I screwed up... I should have taken cuttings after the beginning of flower... To manage size...

However, last night when repotting the PE, and Church... Didn't really see roots... But they aren't dead... Weird. The Dr. Grinspoon took off like a rocket! I'd love to see someone do a SoG with Dr.G... It would be crazy, you would be taking your 7th or 8th set of cuttings before you got your first round of harvests... :)

Anywho, the testSoG stuff seems to be working OMM. I know one of the cuttings is lost, which isn't a problem... KC#1 and 2 could supply a hell of a lot more than 6 each! :) They look so much more manageable now, I like! :)

The CMH is working better than I expected. I really like the vertical light... But most of all the best is being able to flower in the sun :) The PE is flowering fast! woohoo!
