these things seem to grow so fast i might be topping this norther lights puppy tonight???:Namaste:

i'm in the otto game tho,, otto1 popped,, otto2 soon :)bitingnails:)

Hell yeah nivek glad your doing autos. I waited till she was five weeks exactly from time placed in soil. So on my next few I'll just do one earlier one later.

Ok so I got a strain recently called sweet coffee Ryder even though lowryder was in the genetics and it didn't say auto I was not expecting this

In a sealed environment it's extremely beneficial I gain about 10-15% yield

Nice. I've been busying myself designing growroom 2.0 here now I have a temp control extractor fan. 1.0 was just blowing cooler air in and letting hot air rise out of the open top, 1.1 is where I'm at now with hot air being sucked out the top and cool air being drawn in from under the tanks but I think I need a better sealed room to properly control intake. 2.0 will be slightly bigger with a CO2 enriched intake courtesy of lots of mushrooms that I'll grow in a really long intake box. For 2.1 I might start composting mushrooms and pass the intake through that too for even more CO2. (apparently mushroom compost is good for flowering if I go soil too?)

A quick glance at CO2 PPM meters suggests they are quite expensive though and I think I'll need quite an accurate one if I want to see any sort of an effect from a small scale trial before scaling up to get a useful effect. Hopefully it'll work like a giant bag of exhale that I can control and maintain :)

The exhale bags are ok for tents. A burner is the most cost effective way to introduce co2. I currently use tanks but will be going with a burner for recreational

Good to know, I appreciate the benefit of your experience.

Haven't seen any tents I fancy and that will fit in the space I have....my loft is about 8' high but only in the middle and there's rafters every couple of foot so I can't fit a decent size cube in. Got a weird sort of hexagon shaped grow room off to one side of the loft at the moment but the next one will be in the middle and maybe 8' x 4' on the floor. Seriously considering a bunch of LEDs instead of a second 600 for coverage though....maybe half of my RRFs will get good light for decent buds at the top and on one side and the rest will be fluff and popcorn. Better than nothing for the time being though.

Must be nice having the space you do and a lot of fun getting it dialled in :)

If it gets hot in the summer led might be your best option since it's in an attic.

Aye, although the 280m/h extractor sucking away next to the hood kept things in check last week when we had some sun. Hopefully that and having some understanding of pH, EC and fortnightly-ish reservoir changes will lead to better results this run.

Been popping more auto seeds too.....one of two Super Cali Haze freebies has sprouted so far. Still waiting on the Shortstuff Seeds Mix that I also got free popping. Any that do grow will get potted up and dumped in the woods to fend for themselves so I can see what happens. No idea what I'm going to use for pots or soil yet but I've probably got a couple of weeks to figure that out. Mere details lol :)

Yes nice having space. Getting it dialed can be nightmarish I'm about to build the biggest grow of my life not looking to forward to dialing that in. It's gonna be a headache.

What effect would an Exhale Co2 bag have in a 2' x 4' Bloom Tent?

If it's sealed it would help. I never used co2 till about two years ago once my old 10x15 bloom got dialed in. It does help increase yield for sure but in a tent you may just be wasting money. Unless you get a meter to check for yourself.

Personally I wouldn't in a tent but I never tried it. Once I go rec I'm buying a sick ass tent to put in our house so I can still grow 6 medical for my wife and I. So I might try it soon.

Rock on, I haven't entirely been sold on the exhale bags. Maybe it would help thicken up the lower nugs on my plants.

I plan on having the intake through the floor so it all gets mixed up hopefully.

Did some pics tonight. I've stopped adding grow nutes but haven't flushed. Now adding bloom nutes instead since she's already pretty crammed in.

I haven't found a reason to use the exhale bags in my tent. With an exhaust fan and a non sealed environment, it seems like a waste to me. Not to mention most reviews that test co2 levels are negative reviews. In a sealed room, co2 will do wonders for yield. It's just not worth the money for us tent growers cycling air.
