The seeds are reg autos, I have only grown auto fem so I have never really worrried much on how many would turn out male. How do you guys go aboit planting your regular seeds? Do they pay you to test their wares?

I'm sure it's very flattering to be asked but how close is it to someone saying to me "I like your photographs, will you shoot my event for free?". Some folk want something for nothing but I see it as an insult if they don't value your skills.
 
I'd pop each one. Then grow to 12" approximately and a 6 to 8 node structure. At this point throw it in bloom if you have that as an option it will show Sex within a few days.

I personally veg pretty long so I can Sex them in veg. I usually don't even put a plant in bloom without pistils showing. Yield increases when there's s proper veg in my opinion.
I'd not plant 3 together at a clip unless your doing something like I think ziggy is doing. I personally don't want the same pot sticking around I like it more efficient and sterile. I like to get my pots clean every cycle in between.
 
If there all the same strain and all female and pot is large enough to accommodate all go for it. I personally don't like them close. That's why my bloom room is now so open a square meter seems to yield best.

I have personally seen two different strains potted together and the heavy feeder (true og) had a rough time. And when he bump up the ratio for the og the blue haze got all finicky
 
My auto has outgrown my t5 light. Today I'll place her in regular veg in my clone cabinet. The 7 gallon will fit nice. I'll take some pics later. Still waiting on budzilla Jr to finish up under that 1000w hortilux so I can switch it to 18 on.

Hp is still possible with the amount of nodes and placement. Once I see sites I'm gonna hit her so hard

2' 8 bulb t5 roughly 6" above the top of plant. I'm gonna throw one red spectrum maybe 2 in the fixture with the blue and try and get her ready for the hps

He will be running reg autos. So vegging out longer or forcing flower won't really be an option.
 
Totally didn't think about that lol. See I'm a rookie at auto's.

I'd still pop individually should be quicker with an auto think mine had pistils around 21 days.

I'd say it's easier or at least quicker with an auto. I have the full intention to breed some autos here really shortly with massmedman so I'll have some hands on experience shortly.

Good catch dan. Beer at 7am in the hot tub may of been a bad idea.

I'd isolate each plant if you cant regularly check on them. One hr can change everything if there's a dude around
 
Ok so this is yesterday's photo shoot. I moved her to what I'm gonna refer to as stage 2 of 3. 3 being the 1000w.

So stage 2 in action. Clones now where she was. Well those clones are actually in new grow homes but they were there when I took these pics 24hrs ago.
