Let's hope so Grizz. I keep thinking they're a bit smaller than my last grow, but then I remember that I still have 10 - 14 days of stretch left on them. LOL!

Not into the music that much but great videos... He's scary lookin.. Just like what I'd picture some Jo'burg white gangster to look like... No offense..!
Is it too soon to make Pistorius jokes? Like; I reckon your Parliment should make Zuma live in Oscars bathroom....

Lekker is an afrikaans word for cool or awesome. Although it can be used to substitute for other words as well. It loses something in translation.

I'm not a big fan of Die Antwoord, but they're doing well so more power to them.

My favourite at this point in time would probably be the more indica leaning Lemon OG Kush. She is very vigorous and has a beautiful structure. Looks like she might yield well, although it's a bit too early to tell.

I supplement Nutriplex with calmag and EM-prosoil. The EM I will only use 3 times in the entire grow. A week before flipping. 3 weeks after flipping, and the last time when I start flushing. Calmag I use quite frequently. About twice a week.

Here is how I feed, although I change it up sometimes depending on what the plants are telling me:

- Day 1 : feed
- Day 2 : feed
- Day 3 : plain water with calmag

Then I usually let the plants dry out a little for 36 - 48 hours depending on how much they drink. Then I start schedule at day 1 again. I hope that makes sense bud.
 
UPDATE

Day 11 of 12/12

Still powering on, although I think the extra light (or maybe the LEDs specifically) are taming the stretch on the plants. They seem to be quite a bit bushier than previous grows. Either way, I'm happy. Just hope it equates to a decent yield.

Took a few more pics this time round. First one just to show my setup for those that are interested. The lights are not quite as high up as they appear in the photo. Error of parallax.

That's one bad ass grow, I wish I had that Horsepower in my area. Loving the multiple spectrum light setup. I bet it kills it and is resin coated crazyness.

Thanks Miller! Last round I only had the small UFO LED light to compliment the HPS. I got excellent results though, so I figured I would spend some money and get some more powerful LED lights. We will have to see if it pays off. I think it will though.

I'm sure they will mate, they're looking nice and you got some decent lights in there by the look of it.
Either way we live and learn, as long as we try it's never without gain.
 
Cheers. man.. Pistorius is big news everywhere.. Hope the joke wasn't too offensive.. He may be a total wanker, but I don't know about cold psychopath; or unstable psychotic, either.. All he had to do was call out.. First cops on the scene messed the whole crime-scene up apparently, too. Made it look much worse, multiple footprints in the blood, stuff like that.. Not very professional. I heard that there were cop fingerprints on the pistol.. Useless.
Very sad for everyone involved.
And Zuma.. He's just a joke period. Corrupt politicians seem to be the rule everywhere..

Yeah, the whole country is a bit/alot of a joke. There is just so much shit going down that is straight up ridiculous. You can't make this shit up. Absolutely laughable. No wonder we are the joke of the world. I get that corruption is nothing new, but SA takes it to a whole new level, and our cops... :rofl::rofl: Nothing more than brain dead thugs. It's a pity, because SA is such a beautiful country. Pretoria looks like a fucken warzone at the moment and I'm not exaggerating either.
 
I think I mentioned I met a lot of you blokes OS; they all said the same thing. Dangerous. Jo'burg worse than Iraq etc.. And after Apartheid ended, the whites turned on each other, just chaos... Seems to be getting worse. Always wanted to go there.. Grew up drooling over Jefferys Bay surfing videos; it seemed so much like here... Cricket, thongs, BBQ, great beaches.. But with a heavily armed, very active gangsta class that is just so alien to me.. How's SA border control? You guys must have to worry about trained-up militia-types from elsewhere, like Somalia or Congo whatever...
 
Our border control (or lack thereof) is the Kruger National Park. There was actually a documentary done on the man-eating lions of the Kruger. People have been crossing the border on foot through the Kruger, and banging on pots to scare the lions off. The lions have adapted though, and now that same banging acts as a dinner bell drawing them in.

We have plenty of illegal immigrants here. SA is the land of opportunity in Africa. Can't blame them for coming. Every few years though, we have a wave of xenophobic attacks. You won't believe the sheer brutality of those attacks. There was a photo doing the rounds about 2 years back, of a guy being necklaced while the cops are eating lunch in clear view of this guy burning to death.
