The Stoner’s Book Report By Deeboy: Perpetual Autos

Is it ok to add nutes and adjust ph when using the bits?
Yes, it's fine- that's what I've been doing for a couple years, just treat it like regular water.
I think putting a layer of the bits in the pot is a good idea- won't hurt anything except the gnat larva... :)

Thanks! That makes me feel better about getting rid of these things…

I have the Mosquito Bits and they are a pain to strain out after they soak in. My 1st attempt at a tea bag for bugs, next one I’ll use 2 coffee filters and some staples.

In the 2x4 tent today I gave them a little room. The biggest of the 4 Marathon OG has gone to the tall tent.

Another big day in the garden! Toof Decay has been really fading From the main stems up and this morning she had turned on the amber. So, I harvested and washed her. No dark period, trying to figure out if that’s just a bro science thing. Some swear by it. Some say no evidence … I can tell she has yielded more that any I’ve grown so far, but this is only my 11th or 12th plant.

Thanks Bill! Harvest day is a great day!

So, I made some giant gnat killing tea bags with coffee filters and staples. They soaked all night and the filters held up. I may not be McGyver but I might be McGoofer.

Congrats on another takedown, DB!

I like the flowers on your Marathon OG, too.

Saturday is always my busy garden day. Mainly because I have the time to just sit and look at them…
Tomorrow Pink Panama #2 will be washed and hung up to dry.

Then I took an hour and a half to trim Toof Decay. I got 4.1oz out of her and a nice pile of trim. Then it went into the Grove bags.

Bug update: I haven’t seen a flying gnat for several days. But, there are still lots of larva. I think I have interrupted their life cycle. They all got treated with H2O2 today. I’ll continue to use the mosquito bits water. Once I’m sure they’re gone Imma pop 2 beans wait 2 weeks and pop 2 more to get my perpetual on.
