Hey man the boards are the 288s from horticulture lighting group. And they cover an area of 2x4 however I feel the canopy is probably closer to 30" wide at 18" high. It's a great unit for sure.

All I can say is he can dam sure make them little bitches grow like no other..My old man is the same way but only grows.outdoors and he can cut a stem off a plant put it in dirt and boom takes roots and I struggle to get them to root with everything I need.
